What a great idea! I’m gonna try to make that because I am leading a sort of felt-along class type thing doing the Felted Sky toadstool kit….and this project will be perfect to bring along as examples of what else you can do with toadstools…of course I wax poetic about you and your channel all the time and will definitely be giving you all the credit and telling everyone about your channel. You are an inspiration!
I love this. I have not started felting yet, but i am going to!! The only channel I have watched is yours, and I love watching your tutorials. And all the information about it. Thank you so very much!
Thank you so much. I started to follow your tutorial and the Mushroom has got the top on now. Can't wait to hang it on my door for fall, which starts officially around the 20st of September, gives me another 7 days. Thank you - thank you
I love this!! And I want to try and make one as well. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. I appreciated that there was no background music. It made it easier to follow along.
Very cute Pippa. I've made a few mushroom houses and it's interesting to see that you have used slightly different techniques but the result is still quite similar. Good tip to use yarn around the windows and doors.
Absolutely amazing! Thank you philippa, i love all your work and the tutoral of how you do them are so helpful. I'd like to try them all, well i have to order everything because i never tried needle felting yet. But seeing you videos you build this feeling in me to try it 😊. Thank you from Malta ❤
I've been watching your videos waiting for my felting kit and I stated yesterday and my first project came out so cute. It's not perfect but I wanna thank you for making it easier.
I loved this tutorial Philippa, as I do with all your mushroom tuts, thank you for taking the time to do this for us, have a wonderful day across the pond :)
Very cute....I have been looking for a video or ideas on how to do a 3D house, could be a Ginger bread house, or build a village, but where it is not solid wool but rather as four walls. I am assuming I would build the flat walls, rood, etc., needle felt in the details and then piece together. Have you ever done a video to this effect?
I'm afraid not, I am not the best at doing houses and things with edges, pinterest will have examples and maybe you could message the creators for advice xx
I want to try this! I’m looking online for the supplies/wool you mentioned. I am in the US so looking on Etsy. Wish you had links to the wool you used. That green locks wool is absolutely perfect! So is the blended pink/purple for the flowers!
They are both UK based, the pink locks are World of Wool and the green are from a supplier who doesn't post abroad, there should be lots on Etsy in the US, search green curly wool locks xx
Here is a weird question ( maybe?) but how do you clean up your felt pad? Do you just pull the wool out?? I try to do that with mine but it gets to the point where it's hard to pull it out? Just curious if you had any tips :)
Sellotape and rubber gloves are used by some, I have a very cheap metal lint remover, it's on amazon, it's got a wooden handle and a triangular frame. I just scrape it over and it works really well x
I really love this version of a mushroom. I've seen several tutorials on them and yours is my favorite. I love the simplicity but small details.
Thank you, really pleased you like it x
Oh so cute! I’d love to live there!! That little pumpkin is just adorable:) 🍄🍄🎃🎃
For me it was teeeeny! I can't do small! Thanks Shamma xx
@@feltsbyphilippa yes - too small is just so hard - and all of the needles into the fingers :(

How many gram wool did you use
Quite a lot, at least 200grams I think, I have a video on wool weights in my beginner playlist which would help x
