    Really enjoyed your video. Just one thing that got me really confused. Most of the tutorials that I have watched didn't mention water at all. They all have been using cleanser that comes in a kit. In one of the videos girl even mentioned that lash lift is like doing perm to eyelashes so water shouldn't be used. Am I confusing different types of lash lifts? I got for my self "Iconsign" and at the moment just training to educate myself on the best technic before I start with it as instructions on the box are very limited.

    • @-.Momma-Desi.-
      @-.Momma-Desi.- 3 года назад

      I was confused about that also, and also it looked like she didnt put the lift product over the entire lashes, like just the middle portion and not the top tip of her lashes?

    • @Anna.Salamon
      @Anna.Salamon 3 года назад +3

      D the lift product from what I have seen before on other beauty technicians video it is too strong for the fragile ends of eye lashes putting perm solution all the way up would burn them up. The 2nd solution can go all the way up. I did my eyelashes last week. Wasn't using water tho was too afraid but removed it as instructions say so and my eyelashes looks very nice.

    Amazing! Best tutorial ever ! What brand did you use to perm ? What brand of rods did you use ? I got a kit off Amazon and the rods just don’t fit ! The small ones are ok . But I have small eyes and the corners pop up so badly . Adding more glue doesn’t help . I ordered some Permania brand no glue rods . But I know I’ll have to use glue since I’m DIY’ing . Ordered some balm glue as well . I know you had mixed results with it . But since I don’t have to put solution on the tips of the lashes , maybe I’ll use real glue on the tips . The brand of kit I got was Vassoul . Li Beauty lash balm glue is what I got too . I ordered that brand cuz it will arrive tomorrow. I plan to use the better rods , lash balm glue , and the existing Vassoul solutions , since I already have them . Hope the new process works and the new rods fit better. They look curved n get good reviews. Thank you 😊

    With this kit do you not have to wait the usual 24/48 hours before washing them? I’m guessing not as with the eyelash tint you use water on them to take it off anyway. I just thought you couldn’t wash them at all for 24/48 hours xx

    • @HuyanaBeauty

    • @HuyanaBeauty
      @HuyanaBeauty  3 года назад +1

      So I would say I lash lift needs a tint, the chemical process strips your natural lashes from some colour. So makes them less visible and the results not as effective.
      It could be the brand you was using wasnt as good?
      Did you follow all the steps?
      Or it could have something to do with hormones, this can sometimes effects how good or bad out lash lifts turn out.
      Hope this helps x

    dont use damp cotton pad between the step 1 and step 2. the glue is usually disolved by water and some lashes might come of the shield. use a dry cotton pad always

    I lifted my lashes myself once and my eyes were swollen the next day I don’t know why it happened because i always get my lashes professionally done and they never swell i asked my lash tech she said because I probably did it too close to the waterline lol

      That's why you're better off letting a professional do it 🤪 but good on you for trying. Maybe you had a reaction to the product if it wasn't the one your beautician uses on you regularly

    Your use of WATER is what ruins the effect. It’s a perm. Cant get it wet.

    I really hope people go to a professional to do this. So dangerous. Plus I’ve had to fix DIY jobs on some of my clients 🤦🏻‍♀️

    I have a client who’s lashes did not lift, how long do you recommend until we can try it again? Thanks! I absolutely love how informative your videos are, toothpicks are my favorite for lifts now!🤍

      Hey thanks, it could be multiple reasons. Cheap product, you might need to leave the solution on for a bit longer. Sometimes you can do everything right and they still won't lift, some lashes just don't want to work and there's nothing you can do about it 😔
      6 weeks before you try again 👍

      If your using elleebana you can actually lift again straight after but using half the times you did originally. Hope this helps. Don’t feel defeated Iv had this happen lots. ❤️
