He is OBSESSED with her. He is absolutely unhinged and enraged by her very existence. He spends hours on his show talking about her. He writes a newspaper column and it’s almost always about her. You would think she killed his mother and burned his home to the ground. It is extremely disturbing to see a person on television so consumed with anger and preoccupied by someone he barely even knows. I must wonder what his wife thinks of his fury over being “ghosted” by another woman.
Piers Morgan is an appalling person and it is obscene that he is even accepted in polite society. When he was working for Rupert Murdoch, he was at the center of a scandal involving the hacking of people’s voicemails. He also published, fabricated images of British soldiers torturing prisoners in Iraq. He is a menace.
Piers Morgan knows that serious royal girlfriends and fiancées get put in a cocoon by that family. They are not allowed to have friends in the press or speak to reporters without permission. He knows that but he just can’t seem to get past the fact that, in his mind, she rejected him (he’s married) for her now husband. He needs help.
I think Piers would have had an affair with her if Meghan wanted too. Instead she ghosted him.
She needs a restraining order against him!!
What we have all witnessed is strange, creepy, and somewhat stalkerish.
He talks about many things other than MM. He's a big mouth, but has a right to an opinion as we all do. I think it's Harry whose going to need the help.

When someone lies through their teeth consistently because they didn’t get special treatment like Markle I don’t feel the need to believe anything she says.
She wasn't asking for special treatment. She was asking for physiological help/assistance with the th dealing with the amount of crap flung her way.

I think Piers acted the way he did because at some level he realised that what Alex said was true and that he'd made a complete arse of himself. However, his inflated sense of his own self importance couldn't accept that, so he accused Alex of trashing him and left. He left because he'd sensed he was no match for Alex and his fragile ego couldn't stand another beating.

Morgan is a misogynist. You always seem to overlook this trait, even when it's blatantly obvious. He has a problem with many women. He's not mad that she won't be his friend, he's mad that she wouldn't make herself sexually available to him. If you're truly being objective, this dynamic is very clear, and he's played it out multiple times, with several different women.

That’s because people with the thinnest skin often let a lot of irrelevant issues soak into them, therefore all they can do is speak about it, the fact piers allows Meghan markle to get so deep under his skin means he’s got a lot of emotions about her.
If someone says they feel suicidal, we need to honor that. It's different than constructive criticism. Saying, "You're lying about feeling suicidal." That's not a criticism. He isn't judging the merit of the statement. That's an attack. His statements are almost always toxic. It's like he contrives them to be as noxious as possible.
It appears to me that Piers Morgan got a big fat dose of his own medicine on TV and did not like it.

Well, in my opinion, if you want to make accusations, then say a name...it's like she claims the media wrote she made Kate cry and that wasn't true....and nobody from the family spoke up for her. @@PlsWaLuigiDomMe I'm not even considering Piers in what I say. If you are going to cast accusations, then name a name. She said she was accused falsely for everything...might be, but that was by the media, not the 'institution'.
Perhaps she would have wanted them to 'set that straight' in the media, but that is not how the 'institution' works. You can do that when you are a celebrity ... but that's not how royalty operates. They avoid the media in those matters and don't respond to that. I don't know what she was expecting of it, but this is kind of general knowledge, and no special treatment was made up for her. It's the way they do it.
Now she has her celebrity friends giving testimony to the media of how good a character she is. That's not something the 'institution' will handle in this way.
As I see it, they had no need for another 'Senior Royalty' couple/spouse. They seemingly also expressed that openly before the marriage (keep acting etc...). To me it seemed however that this was what they wanted (so they did have a plan ;) ) and then after getting it .... she cannot cope ... and blames others for not 'helping her' (whatever that may mean).

Here in the UK, I’ve been noticing he has been getting more and more combative in his interviews during our lockdown to the point it was hard to listen to him. I think he thought he was untouchable due to the shows great ratings... You don’t tell someone they weren’t suicidal when they tell you otherwise. There’s a fine line between criticism and bullying.

Given the relentless criticism from Pierce Morgan towards Megan. I wondered (beside the fact he is unforgiving about being 'ghosted' by her), if his vendetta is so powerful, it has become an obsession for him. He strive so hard to be relevant, he is ruthless and lacks any empathy when he speaks about her. Pierce is the one who clearly shows the narcissism, he accuses Megan of.

Pires Morgan spent 2 days going in on Daniel Craig (James Bond) for carrying his baby in a baby carrier because it's not "masculine", he's a petty little egoistical worm who can't handle a little push back. Also the "relationship" as he started himself was a couple of text and a 2 good drink at a pub.
Unbelievable. They texted for awhile, they met up ONCE, and she never contacted him again, he said. I don't blame her. It's not like she was obligated to be his BFF after one meeting. He's such a tool!

The troubling concept for me was her indicating that she was suicidal. I just think about how many people in families have shared that they have felt suicidal only to be brushed off or told that their feelings aren't valid. Speaking from my personal experience, I shared my darkest feelings with a close family member only to be told that I was spoiled and not suicidal. That crushed me even more.

I think when Piers Morgan related his "relationship" with Meghan Markle, a lot of women could relate to the sort of uncomfortable dinner where an older man who inexplicably considers themselves attractive keeps making advances with no encouragement and some discouragement. A good way to escape is to drive away and cease all contact since that is the only hint they're capable of taking.

I haven’t liked her since the engagement interview when I told my friends there was something about her that gave me a red flag or two. Morgan host a show that talks about gossip and BS all morning. He is not an intellectual. He doesnt know much and about anything so who is he to tell us what w should priotize and hes crying over a 100 year old "King" who rules over nothing.
Unfortunately, most women have encountered a Piers Morgan at some point: men who are pushy, entitled, and nasty and then who get upset when we don't want to date them instead of looking at themselves in the mirror and becoming good people.
There was never any question of them dating. They were friends and with both being narcissists were in a mutual appreciation society for two years. The problem came when she dropped Piers as a secondary source because he was no longer needed. She had the Prince, she had Oprah and her friend Gayle King. She had graduated onto the next level as a narcissist. They ditch people no longer useful to them. Agreed he (Piers) is a narcissist also and has never got over his narcissistc injury. It hasn't helped matters as he did go to the extreme in his critique and made himself less believable. Time will tell on this one.

According to news reports, Meghan didn’t complain about the digs, rather she complained that his comments would discourage people who feel suicidal from coming forward. If those reports (CNN) are true, that seems a reasonable complaint. She hasn’t complained to his employer in the past about his personal insults toward her, so it seems likely the reports are true, IMO.

I think a main issue is that Meghan alleges that she could not get access to mental health services. This is difficult to believe since she is an independent woman and Harry supported her, so it should not have been difficult to get those services, either through the family or privately. Nowadays in Britain, health services are a phone call away, and unlike USA, (I think) those medical services require payment only if the patient has the means to pay. So, this allegation seems to suggest she was not allowed to make phone calls, which is not true.

He's a "nice guy" with some incel traits on top. She literally went to a pub with him for one single date and he treated it like an absolute betrayal that she found someone else. Piers was not entitled to a romantic relationship with her. The fact that he absolutely despises her and continues to obsess over Meghan even though he's currently married is pathetic. The fact that he attacked her mental health and mocked the subject of suicide (especially when she discussed it happening during her pregnancy) on a very public media platform is disgusting. I also want to add here that age could have also played a part - he's nearly two decades older than her. Meghan found someone who was closer to her in age and seems to have shared her values. No offense, but his narcissism and bitterness would have been a turn off for any woman.
Your speculating... is that not the primary reason most people see Morgan in a negative light. Just as Morgan assumes that Meagan is lying, you're assuming that he's being vindictive...there isn't a shred of evidence for either claim... I personally believe that Meagan is being both honest and a liar... I believe she's honest about the racism, but their also milking the circumstances... Why go on Oprah? I’ve literally been in that situation: pregnant, having a mental breakdown, and I asked a friend to drive me to the ER for pregnancy-related pain, saving the truth for the actual medical staff behind closed doors so the people I lived around wouldn’t find out. It’s really not that hard to pretend you’re going for something routine and deal with it discreetly.
