after you type format, take out the usb stick even if it says 1% complete or something, then put it into your pc, it will prompt you to format it, do this and it will work

Nothing worked at all
You´re the man ! After your steps I reinserted the pendrive again and run Diskpart again, list disk, select Disk x, clean, create partition disk...and it appeared in Disk Manager. It works ! Then I formatted the disk. And it´s running. Incredible ! No one in the internet knows these steps. Almost everybody thinks the pendrive is dead. But with this method for me it ressurrectec. Thank you very much.

@@riazsheriff.9400 Its for the internal hard disk and it even doesn't start the windows OS and I'm trying to install it from bootable usb. But I/O device error and error code: 0x80070057 happen at the same time. Its frustrating. Any ways tnx for your reply

Finally done......after this error saw, i removed my sd card . And put it again in my mobile. It says that this card is not supported. We have to format. And finally card got formatted.....
