Mine had a software update issue. Seems a lot of users had it. The motherboard needed to be replaced in order for the phone to work again. Worked well for two years until I updated and bamm! Samsung didn't do anything about it, even being at fault. I loved that phone.
One and the only reason to avoid this phone is Exynos processor. If Samsung phone comes with snapdragon or mediatek chipset then it is win win situation

Camera is awesome in this smartphone as for it's price. Battery and energy efficiency of processor too. Software working perfectly as well, all launched apps stay in memory active while switching between them and not rebooting. Want to buy 50$ cheaper chineese phone with bugs in firmware which they will be fixing and bringing new with each new update - go ahead, choice is up to you. As a previous user of xiaomi mi a2 lite smartphne I can say that I will never ever buy xiaomi or other chinese smartphone in my life. 😅

I have m42 5G with snapdragon processor. It recently started having Bootloop issue(automatic restart similar to issue with Exynos processor). Point being with cost cutting the quality is always compromised.
I Have Also Sam F34... I'm not biased..but still the phone is very Good..Play Call Of Duty Which Is Approximately 10 gb.... according to me Exynos is good..after the extreme heat the processor struggle.. that's it..other wise very capable processor...
Three months back I purchase this mobile for three months I rigorously used the mobile I found nothing problem but now when it got switched off as I charged it was not getting on.I don't know what to do I bought it from online.
Etta all i need is a samsung device under 15 -20k since am buying for amuma and she is used to samsung’s one ui. battery , connectivity, decent performance and one ui is all she needs and this phone is kinda good right for these aspects

Kuch bhi! Camera is good of this phone and even has OIS and nice sharp vibrant images. Design is not an issue. But Exynos sucks. That is enough reason to stay away from such crap Samsung phones.

Go to nearest service center with bill documents. Most probably it is a Motherboard fault.
