Like the TFM SD70MACs, the AC44 Grey Ghost also has its origins in TFM being the last series that TFM uses in the last fleet of locomotives that TFM will have after KCS absorbed it, the 2600 series was the series that starred in the AC44 in TFM and eventually became part of KCS of Mexico as a 4500 series.
Currently these locomotives still retain the Grey Ghost they had in TFM but with the logos of KCS of Mexico, and it is also considered Fallen Flags , because TFM was purchased in 2005 by KCS, including the SD40, GP38-2, SW1504 and MP15AC that retain the Grey Ghost scheme are considered Fallen Flag because they were part of the TFM rouster.
1:39 The photo you posted was taken at the Alcali Plant in Garcia, NL (MX) outside the metropolitan city of Monterrey, there you see a Duo of SD40's that were still from TFM.

Just my opinion but I think that they should add the final few csx heritage units into the game as one of their last updates. There’s only three: the n,c, & stl, the clinchfield, and pan am railways, so it should be pretty easy.
