Building a Satellite in 17 Days - NanoAvionics MP42 Modular Microsatellite

The MP42 satellite is set to launch on top of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle with the SpaceX Transporter-4 mission NET April 2022, carrying payloads from 5 different companies.
MP42 probably was the first commercially available modular microsatellite bus on the market when we announced it in late March, 2021. In less than a year, we gained its first customers, designed the whole mission, as well as assembled, tested, and shipped the satellite for launch vehicle integration.
There is no surprise the quickest step in the satellite manufacturing process is its assembly, but what this video shows is how mass manufacturing of custom satellites is achievable when the architecture is built on modular hardware and software blocks. This also enables unprecedented speeds for getting missions from contract signing to performing in-orbit operations.
