Tbh I never thought too much of this song, but seeing all the different reactions from just the last part gives kinda the song a new perspective to me.
I listened to folklore today for the first time. illicit affairs is a masterpiece and has one of Taylor's best written bridges for me (together with All Too Well and Ou Of The Woods).

@@hyeryl7906 Yeah. Well Invisible String and Peace are about Joe/their healthy relationship and how happy they are, and a few songs are about the shit show with Scooter and Scott/losing her albums, but there are no songs about her ex boyfriends.
