The one thing I would say is when you get to the embassy, always keep your DS2019, DS160 and SEVIS ID at the top of your pile of papers. I've just had my visa appointment on the 16th and you can tell the staff were getting annoyed having to go through everyone's papers to find those three 🤣🤣
I was really lucky with my appointment! I arrived an hour early (was worried we'd get lost) and we spoke to the people at the front desk and asked whether I could go in early and they said yes! Turns out, I was in and out half an hour before my appointment was scheduled (10:30) 🤣 I think I was extremely lucky!! x
Your videos have been so helpful! I have my interview with my dream camp tonight so hopefully if all goes well I’ll definitely come back to this video for help🙌🏼 thank you so much girl xx
Love your videos💜I just had mine for Camp America yesterday. One thing I’d say is if you forget EVERYTHING else make sure you take your DS-160 form, your DS-2019 form and your SEVIS fee receipt. They only asked everyone for those 3.
@@victoriawhitehouse704 I did have one, which is where do I get a DS 2019 form from? I’ve completed my DS 160 and done the Sevis payment thing. But I can’t seem to find anywhere where I can fill in a DS 2019 form, can you help? X
@@taylorforkes9339 you don’t need to fill anything out for a DS2019 it’s something you’re send in the post from your agency. You need to have that to be able to complete your DS160 so you will already have it x

Hey!!! So I went the year after my a levels but it all just depends on when you finish! I could have done the year before as my exams finished end of May so it’s definitely doable! Just make sure you know your exam timetable and can work round that x
Hi Victoria, when you first got emails from different camps interested in you, did you reply/get interviewed by each one or did you wait till you found the one you wanted and if so how long did you wait? Also how many camps emailed you showing their interest?
Hey! So I actually applied direct to a camp as I knew a friend that had been there. Personally I would research the camp beforehand and then go for the interview if you like the look of it!!
@@victoriawhitehouse704 thanks for the quick reply! I’ve already applied through Bunac on Friday and a camp in NY have already emailed and whatsapped me. I want to survey my options first though before I partake in an interview/meeting so am just asking what others have done. Thank you though!
So helpful as my daughter is going on Wednesday to London ! how soon should she get there before her appointment at 12.30? there seems to be a queue to get through security - can she queue up at security before 12.30 and is that appointment time for the inside bit ? thanks!
