Well... You added a manger... That's great. But not a loom replacement. It's just subpar feature without the video cam recording in a bubble while recording.

Is there a limit to how long the clips are stored? I believe in 2.0 they were available for a limited time before they were removed (I could be mistaken). Seeing the Clips hub is making me think they'll stay? If yes, that is fantastic for training and reference.

New Clips will be automatically added to the Clips Hub going forward, and there is no limit to how long they can remain there. However, please be aware that Clips do take up storage space in your Workspace! This is not an issue for Workspaces that are subscribed to a paid plan since all of our paid plans include unlimited storage, but users on our Free Forever Plan may need to delete older Clips to make space for new Clips and attachments.

How many storage we have in the free plan ?

Our Free Forever Plan includes 100 MB of attachment storage space. Storage does not include the text and data in tasks, task fields, or Docs! It only accounts for attachments on your tasks and Docs (including Doc cover images) and Clip videos.
Unlimited storage is available on all ClickUp paid plans! 🔥

Available in the desktop app?
Yes same question here. I see it in the website but not in the desktop app.
Great question! ✨ Clips and Clips Hub are not yet available in the desktop app, but Clips can be recorded on Chrome and Firefox and Clips Hub can be accessed on all browsers.

Can you only make clips of actions in ClickUp or can you use Clips to record actions in other apps that are live on your PC (i.e., Desktop/File Exploree, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Great question! You can choose to record your entire screen, a specific tab in your browser, or a specific window. 🔥
Are you able to upload videos?

Clips is a ClickApp that must be enabled for your Workspace, and it will not appear in your Quick Action menu until it is enabled. The Workspace owner or admin can follow the steps here to enable Clips for your Workspace: bit.ly/49syz8N 💜
Do not use this feature under any circumstances. Your clips are completely open for anyone to see. The clips are not secured within your clickup account. Same with documents attached to comments within your tasks. Definition of insanity.

Rest assured, while users have the option to share both Clips and Docs publicly, it is entirely up to them to do so. ClickUp will never access or share this data without your explicit permission!

Can you provide some screenshots and mark the steps to show how to increase the task font size? The task font is too small. Your documentation is so poor and not beginner-friendly. Please invest for better user experience with beginners in mind.

We're happy to share that there are already options in place to change the size of the font while typing in ClickUp! When working in a Doc, you can choose from small, medium, or large font for normal text in the 'Page Details' settings. When working in a task description, comment, or any other text field that supports rich text editing, you can increase your font size by switching from normal text to one of 4 heading options using the /Slash Commands ‘/H1-4’. bit.ly/445fGqi
