OMG...I was just on a company zoom call when I saw this pop up and couldn't wait to watch it. I love China Poblano...First..Salt Air Margaritas!!! I'm only allowed one cause tequila makes me very happy and I tend to get handsy. LOL...20 veg fried rice...YUMMMMMM....One thing they don't have anymore are the chicken mole tacos that I know you would have loved. One other thing to try here are the Chilquiles in the first bites section. Delicioso!!!! Thanks for another great vid!
I LOVE Las Vegas, I've been lucky enough to visit on about 8-9 different occasions from 2005 - present day. Mexican and Chinese food is my tops! I've gotta try China Poblano on my next trip. Cool video, u guys are fun
Never realized you weren't fans of buffets. Now I'm curious. We are major fans of Jose Andres himself. Still haven't made it to Bazaar because your Toca Madera suggestion replaced that for our recent trip. Did love Jaleo in Cosmo. More mind blowing items there. He really is so creative. Won't be back to Vegas for a while but China Poblano is on the list of possibilities. Thanks for the review. We didn't even know that restaurant existed. Respectfully, If I had 5 minutes to visit, I'd give you a quick lesson on Spanish vowels. (much simpler than English - only ONE sound per letter) If you are interested, I'm sure there are short videos out there on the subject. It will make a world of difference for Josh's Spanish food pronunciations. One little lesson: The i in China is pronounced like the double ee in cheese. (Cheena) Thanks again. Looking forward to the next one.
For buffets it ends up being a temperature and freshness aspect…we want our hot food hot and cold food cold! What we have found we like is the small plates such as those at Border Grill - where it’s fresh and still all you can eat! Josh and I both took a small amount of Spanish in high school, which is quite some time ago now! And I’ve tried DuoLingo…we should learn a small amount of conversational just for times of travel if nothing else 🙃
Looks good! Nice selection and great video. 🤣🤣🤣 Josh, that was a huge chile de arbol bite! They are verrry spicy, be careful taking bites of unknown chiles. You can use them to give great flavor to beans. Saute a few of the chiles de arbol (minus the seeds) for a few minutes to give the oil flavor, take them out and add freshly boiled beans then smash 'em. So good. Chile piquin (pee keen) is a very small but very spicy chile. Thanks for sharing. Ohhh and that cucumber drink looked refreshing and gooooood!
One of my favourite go to places! Very quick usually and always seems to be consistent. I would put this in the underrated category as not many people review it or tend to skip over it. Thanks for another awesome review!
Definitely trying this place next vegas trip. I can't wait till Cosmopolitan is part of MGM! And, Rachael you're always beautiful but you look so pretty in this video! Oh and Javiers was AMAZING! OMG. I will eat there everyday 100% next Vegas trip.
You don’t see places like this everywhere Josh was your meal hot,Rachael why didn’t you talk up your food, but overall the food looked great fresh and delicious.
We had the same table with @ZaddyVegas and Alex... clearly it's the influencer table. I think the tacos are their weakest items. I had the quesadillas as well and thought they actually had too much cheese and it hid the other flavors
Which dish would you want to try the most?
@Mister Google Aw Sister Frugal you had my comment removed 😪

Yes please! That salt foam - yum!

Love China Poblano, one of my favorite spots at the Cosmo. Such a unique menu and awesome drinks. Glad you guys made a video showcasing it!
Our pleasure! Thanks Griffon - definitely a place we could return to in the future!
You two look like you're always having fun and enjoying the moment - that's great!
Thanks so much, we do enjoy it!
Great spot. Well any restaurant by Chef José Andrés is sure to be good!
Thank you Noel totally agree with you about Jose!
So glad you reviewed this place!! Thanks
Thank you KiKi D we are glad we did as well 😂
I think the Quesabirria is the best thing on their menu. YUMMY!!! You’ll have to try it some day! Thanks for another fun video!! 😎👍
Thanks so much Nancy. Seems we might have to go again 😂
I love China Poblano!
My faves: Salt Air Marg, queso fundido, 20 rice, golden pigs and Sui Mai, great meal everytime!
Those golden pigs - wowza! So tasty! We will have to give the queso a try next time!
Thanks so much for watching!
Looks good! Nice selection and great video.

It’s hard not to be a fave with such a variety!
Thanks so much for watching!!
Sure do love your energy Rachael.
Thanks so much! I sure enjoy this crazy thing we call life 💗
THANKS FOR SHARING ALL THAT DELICIOUS FOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY TRY THE FRIED RICE, THAT PLATE WAS HUGE 😆. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB 👏👏
Thank you Tracey!!

That is a great way to put it honestly. Definitely underrated from our experience
Definitely trying this place next vegas trip. I can't wait till Cosmopolitan is part of MGM! And, Rachael you're always beautiful but you look so pretty in this video! Oh and Javiers was AMAZING! OMG. I will eat there everyday 100% next Vegas trip.
We are excited for Cosmo to join MGM too!
And thanks so much….oh so glad you loved Javier’s! It’s so delicious! The drinks are something else!
I had the chips salsa. Nachos. And bbq pork dumplings. Only 35 for all those 3. Not bad at all.
I want to try the queso fundito next.
Yea seems like a decent price for quality food!
I always walk by there but I’ve never stepped inside. I’m intrigued now!
Definitely worth a try!
Having eaten at China a couple times, I liked the cactus tacos, fried wantons (surprisingly good. The sesame sauce makes it), and the golden pigs.
Nice! we have more stuff to try now!
We love China poblano! 2 tortillas = insurance tortilla. Twenty vegetable fried rice is my favorite! 😍
haha that is what it is, otherwise you are always nervous you will have a mess on your hands - literally.
Place looks great - where would you say is your favorite Jose Andres restaurant?
Thank you. Bazaar Meat hands down but we do need to try out è at some point for sure
Looks so good! I need a salt air margarita
So tasty! Puts a whole new spin on salt with your margarita!!
Chopsticks is a must. Why they don’t have them boggles me.
I love the two different foods concept!
Thank you guys for another great video!
Right?!? Thanks so much
And Rachael does so well with chopsticks now
My favorite is their Lomein with ham in it!
Will need to try that if we go back!
That looks really good! Taking the wife there in a few months on our visit.
Thanks so much for watching, hope you enjoy!
We just ate there with Danny and Tony the other day. I wasn't overly hungry so I had wonton soup. It was good lol.
That is the good thing about the menu - small dishes and hard to go wrong with some wontons. Thanks Ryan
Very interesting 🤫 Love ❤️ you
Thank you! 😃
Thank you...I always walk by and think how disappointing this place looks, so maybe I'll give it a try.
Definitely worth a try!
I love Oxacan cheese!
😋
You don’t see places like this everywhere Josh was your meal hot,Rachael why didn’t you talk up your food, but overall the food looked great fresh and delicious.
Thanks Brian, everything just came out sooo fast it was a lot of quite reviews. The food was good and service was as well!
We had the same table with @ZaddyVegas and Alex... clearly it's the influencer table. I think the tacos are their weakest items. I had the quesadillas as well and thought they actually had too much cheese and it hid the other flavors
I could see that about both. Needed a second tortilla and a little more flavor in the taco and more filler to go with all that cheese. Thanks Danny!
Did I manage to get salsa on my shirt 🤦🏽♀️😂
Every. Single. Time.
WTF 1 piece shu mae.Dan Dan noodles is f cking joke. Biggest ripoff😝🆘😝
The Shu Mai was part of a tasting menu that’s why the portion was so small

For Asian culture? especially you never give one? One is middle finger?
