Ano po pagkakaiba nang purging, gassing up, gas freeing. Nalilito rin po ako sa different kind of temperature and pressure kung ano ho ba talaga sila. And ano po pinag kaiba nang full pressurized vessel, semi-pressurized, semi-refrigerated, fully refrigerated and ethylene capable gas carrier. Cadet po ako sir sa gas carrier at medyo nalilito po ako, sana po makagawa kayo video about dito. Salamat po😊
Why is it transported in Liquefied form is a common sense.... it's bulk, it's huge qty. It will be impractical to transport in gas di ho ba? Different cargoes yields different temp and pressure. So it has to be handled in terms of physical and thermodynamics properties. Gassing up....papalitan mo ung IG atmosphere ng Gas para ma e commission mo maayos ang Reliquefaction plant dahil madami incondensibles sa IG Gas freeing, Purging. Panuurin nyo Po lahat ng series gg LPG videos ko ndyan lahat po hanap nyo. explanation . Semi-Pres, Fully Press and Fully Ref mga containment pressure design ng barko. Pag Fully Press ay mas mataas pressure design ng tangke kc wala planta eto at halos ambient temp lng karga. Sa Fully Ref at Semi Press may planta cla at mas mababa pressure containment nito kumpara sa Fully Press at mas malamig temprature karga halos atmposheric pressure na lng. Kumpletuhin nyo panuurin madami Po sa playliss Ng LPG dito sa RUclips channel ko.
Sir, what is emergency discharge on vlgc, scenario vessel fully loaded C4 CT 1&3 , C3 CT 2&4. Both of Cargo pump on CT 3 can't be used/damage . What is the emergency discharge in this situation? Can we trasnfer cargo from CT3 to CT1 with the difference pressure ? Tks for your time.
Unless your Cargo tanks is fitted with an Emergency Pump I do not see any possibilities to discharge it. Pressure discharge is not applicable on Fully Ref Containment. Nevertheless, your scenario is very unlikely to happen with all cargo pumps damage.
@Mario putra Pamungkas this can be done on Fully Press and Semi-Press using pressure discharge. Most cases in Fully Ref e.g. 0.7 mbar containment an emergency cargo pump is suitable. Having 2 Cargo pumps both damage is very unlikely. However some Cargo tanks are fitted with Cargo Eductor, this may help you discharge the cargo
