@@roboprofit2548 right on. I’ve had my yellow since June and it’s already dying on me. I have about 150k scans through it. Feel like it might be worth it to get a higher end ring scanner. Not quite sure what that would be, I see Opticon makes one.
This newer version sucks. The older version with the yellow button is superior. The new version hijacks your keyboard so you can't type or search for anything and since it has no on off switch like the old version you have to wait for it to go into standby mode in order to regain access to your keyboard.
There is a setting either in your phone or the scanner manual that lets you switch to the other keyboard mode, I don't remember exactly what it was but maybe it was called HID. Yeah I liked having the off button. You could lower the standby time. It uses very little battery on standby though
Is is works with vehicle mounted computer applications?????
What is the maximum distance at which a 4 inch label can be scanned?
what is the main difference between this one and the first gen? I kind of like the first generation eyeyo ring scanner but im not sure..
I was told this model has a much stronger scanning chip
What about wifi ! does it cover 10 meter or more?
It's bluetooth. Yeah 10 meter should be fine. Haven't tested it though
they had this in warehouse jobs for years. RF scanners
Does this scanner have the option to scan without having to press the button? I'm guessing that would be called continuous scanning? Thanks!
no. I think only computer stationary scanners can do that
Do you prefer this one over the yellow button Eyoyo?
I kinda liked yellow more. I think they last longer

@@JohnnyFlips Now I only use ring scanners. It saves so much time
@@roboprofit2548 you ever try opticons? Do you still believe eyoyo is the best?
does it work with barcodes from USPS, UPS, Fedex? can it scan from a screen? have you used at the stores, does it work well? thank you for the help
I don't think it scans from a screen. It scans any 1D barcode. Yes works great at stores for UPC and ISBN barcodes. Basically any 1D barcode
Does it works wit eBay? Ie Can I take a product in the store and scan it to eBay to see what is selling for?
This is just a scanner. Like a keyboard
Thanjs
Thanks!
Reminds me of the podcast when Elon Musk told Joe Rogan we are already cyborgs. 👍🏼
