These courses are only Asana courses like a physics exercise training. The real aspects of yoga can’t be taught by these run of the mill yoga schools that have mushroomed all over Rishikesh being a huge business
@@ShivMathur That’s a rather cynical opinion. I can’t help but wonder if this opinion came from experience in one of these schools, or if it’s just assumption. My experience in this school went much further than just asana as asana is only one part of the broader teachings of yoga.

I dont known what kind of yog u learn in india but real yog is yogdarshan by mahrishi patanjali others are just for fun mind it... If u want to learn yog then at least read yogdarshan or learn by a teacher of yogdarshan then follow the steps of yogdarshan like yam, niyam, aasan, pranayam, dharna, dhyan, samadhi .... Yog means to know the 28 fine elements of universe that we cant see by naked eyes or by microscope and also to get the extreme pleasure, piece, happiness by the creator in moksh..... Yog is the 4th and 5th stage of smadhi there are 5 type of samadhi but only last 2 are known as yog in which a soul get knowledge of 5 fine tanmatra or suksham bhut, ,5 sathul bhut, 5 jyanendriya, 5 karmendriya, 1 man, 1 ahankar, 1 mahat, 3 basic elements of universe satav, raj, tam, 1 soul or aatam, 1 creator or om
Yes we learned in depth about Patanjalis 8 fold path and the preparation and lifestyle involved with yoga, I will likely create videos speaking more in depth on these topics since these videos were just vlogs of my experience rather than getting into the details of the teachings.
