My issue all the time is the safety. I went back into replay when I was lab'n a play scheme and the safety always starts towards wr I'm passing to... even before it's launched. Like arm drawn back ... boom safety turns to run back to wr every single time. Leaves the streaming wr and either swats or int every bomb. In game situation same thing. Only way I been able to counter this issue has been target passing and dumping it off just below safety but LB if in right position snatches it up to. Complete b.s. but still frustrating with deep passes in this game. Like this one but imma see if it changes the Fs play.

Cover 4 stops this easily. Either drop back one of the Linebackers to cover the middle of the field or place the Strong Safety in Man Coverage against the Slot. Reverse with the Free Safety to cover the opposite side. Also, a decent front four won't give you the amount of time you had to throw on each possession. Defensive End is my best position on defense. You're welcome.

Any play can be stopped. He's not saying it can't. It's up to you to put a scheme together with this play and any other 2wr 2te 1rb set. This is a great wrinkle for your offense.
Good luck running it against somebody pass committing online and/or calling QB contain. You can't make the pass in that window without rolling out, so all they gotta do is prevent that to stop it.

The Safety naturally is supposed to incline on defending the right hash Mark in the middle of the field, you flip it so he is inclined to covering the left side knowing the play is a post to the right side of the field. I’ve been playing madden for YEARS. You don't get to pick and choose defenses and defensive sets or adjustments in live play. But you're picking and choosing your defenses in your examples. Don't you think it would lend a great deal of credibility to this claim running them randomly. There's plenty of plays that work against random D that don't work against cover 2,3, or 4. You can choose random D in your own practice mode scrub. Random D makes no body better.
