Nice video, I do $12 per window that includes screens and if they want both exterior and interior itll be double and I have a minimal of $300. I'm booked for 3 months now and still have people wanting to pay for my service. Also I have people for 2x a year. So business is good. A buddy of mines in sales told me. Just present your price and shut up. If they try to haggle, dont budge in price. let them search for others and if they truly want your service theyll pay your prices.
thts great advice from your m8, if u budge on price thy look at u as cheapskate and they will try n squeeze u in other ways. i could almost write a handbk of client rebuttals and counter rebuttals.
I did over 180 windows a few weeks ago. $1200+ (Atlanta Georgia) EXTERIOR ONLY 6+ hours 2 technicians I was there fighting COVID-19 (just had fatigue symptoms) Thank you for your guidance, Kieth
You’re awesome man. You’ve definitely added some knowledge to what I had going on some years ago. Been awhile since I checked out your stuff on RUclips. Hope all is good. Keep up the good work.
This is very insightful , I pretty much charge similar pricing, but quite a few customers here up in Washington State are used to their low prices . It takes time to get them used to normal pricing . I find that having a new account , it’s best to wait a year or so before raising prices , because they sometimes get scared off by high prices . Let them try your work and realize your worth it first ...
i find thts the worse approach as they gt use to yor low ball rates, sure u can maybe put th price up 10/20 buks but i find its best to nt beat around the bush and get them use to legitimate prices out the gate
Bought your book on audible buddy. I love it the begging is great dude! Quick questions is it worth it to pay someone for your Facebook adds or should you just learn how to do them yourself? I am not computer savvy but I’ll learn what I have to. Thanks buddy!
I just did my first window cleaning inside and out and screens I did charged the customer $250 for the job she said that was to high it was a two person job 4 hours total x 2 person I had to bring it down.
When you talk about having a truck to do the jobs , are you supplying the water ( pure clean water ) or do you use the customers water out of the hose . I know you talk about the water filter system but starting out what’s your advice
I had a very busy year thanks for all the info you have provided. I’m In your area if there are leads you would like to share, my company is called At Your Service By Pat
the clients dont care about u u dnt really care about them but yor in the buisness of cleaning windows and thts wht thy demand so charge 1st world price this isnt the 19thcentuary
u can never afford to run a legit business being the cheapskate bucket bob guy....if yor tht guy gt out of the window cleaning market and do your self and all the other legit concentrates a favor and get job....u will @least make more money

I keep hearing you say licensed and insured. What license and insurance are you talking about?
Thank you brother for the knowledge, your a blessing. 👍👍
Little on the low side but informative.
It was $349 or $399 for just the exterior on those 3000sqf homes?
Do you charge to bring a ladder in the house and do you charge for gas mileage as well?

Is that 4 to 5 $ per each side of the window
Are your using SEO
This is great
Hope this helps.
You can’t disrespect your current customers by picking and choosing what’s best for you and leaving them hanging .
Yes you can! 😮

I strongly disagree. Especially if your selling d2d. People buy YOU, then justify with logic.
