Why do they put heat vents in the ceilings? Don't people know that heat rises. Maybe Texas it doesn't get so cold, but never ever buy a house with heat in the ceilings. My house I am redoing has heated floors and each room has it's own electric heating, no vents in the house. It is cheaper to heat this way.
I could see living there. Pool has come into play along with my hot tub.
