I was there 2 years ago. Armenia very safe and cheap. Try to visit in Georgia...super peaceful and beautiful. Both country worth to visit.

Yes may wifi ang hotel. As for data, we bought a sim paglabas lang ng baggage claim area. Kailangan kasi ng Armenia number sa Yandex Go na app.
