I actually expected the whole ritual to be spoken in Namibian. or Swahili .. I'm glad I heard it because I heard something curious about "all inhabitants". Those two words can be a problem given certain circumstances . It tells me that it was not constructed by Africans.

I don't think Namibia have a local national language that they all can speak. The language that is spoken by most namibians is english. If i were Namibian President I'd include swahili in school curriculum. This would benefit Namibia and Africa in the long run.
