Okay there is a flip side~ divorced after 23 years of marriage and of course most men my age want women in their 30's...... but I refuse to play the victim ~I have just chosen that God is in control of my future..... and he will direct my steps.... what I would say to men is build your relationship with Jesus and He will fulfill you and make you whole and when the time is right.... God will drop that person in your path. ❤

Prayer for Sacredness, Self-Control, and Community
      Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts open to Your guidance and wisdom. We acknowledge the sacredness of the gift of sex that You have bestowed upon us, a gift meant for the sacred bond of marriage and for the purpose of procreation. Your word says, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it” (Genesis 1:28). In a world where sex is often treated casually, we pray for a return to the sacred view of this gift, as intended by You.
Lord, we lift up those who struggle with the concept of “INCEL” and the feelings of isolation it may bring. Help us understand that this struggle is not abnormal, and grant us the grace to find our way in life and seek meaningful, compatible relationships based on deeper values rather than mere appearances. Your scripture reminds us, “That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh” (Genesis 2:24).
Father, we are deeply concerned about the rampant availability of online pornography and the harmful impact it has on both children and adults. We pray for strength and self-control to resist these temptations and focus on nurturing our spiritual lives. Guide us to protect our minds and hearts from such harmful influences. As Your word teaches, “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral” (Hebrews 13:4).
We also lift up the issue of medical practices driven by profit rather than genuine care, particularly in the context of testosterone and men’s clinics. Grant wisdom to those seeking treatment and help them to make informed decisions for their health. Remind us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that true health comes from balance and care. Your word guides us, “The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband” (1 Corinthians 7:3).
Lord, as we reflect on the role of synagogues in ancient times, we see how they served as community centers and places of learning. We lament that many of today’s churches have strayed from these principles. We ask for discernment to find churches that truly teach the Gospels and adhere to Your teachings and principles. Your scriptures tell us the importance of gathering, as synagogues are mentioned 32 times in the Gospels, showing their significant role.
We pray for a revival of the sense of community within our places of worship, where faith can flourish through fellowship and shared learning. Remind us that prayer is a powerful tool, and fasting is a practice that draws us closer to You. May we not overlook these vital aspects of our spiritual journey.
Help us to rediscover the teachings of the Bible, the most published History book ever, and to grow in faith as we learn from its timeless wisdom. Let us return to the true essence of community and faith, just as in the days of old.
As we pray, we remember the words Your Son taught us:
Our Father, who art in heaven,
      Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
We ask all this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who taught us the way of love, truth, and life.
      Amen. 🙏

Completely. Yes. Build your life with Jesus at the center. Build any marriage with Jesus at the center. Only date people who are serious Christians. My brother gave me advice of go into marriage with the mindset that divorce is not even an option. Marry someone who holds that a belief.
People who believe divorce is an option divorce. People who do not even see it as an option do not.

Go find a woman with your same values in church. That Desire of yours for a younger woman is a selfish need. You will meet who G-d wants you to meet. By putting preconceptions on your desires you may totally miss your chances. If you are out of shape, and not thin, focus on improving yourself physically first. Ignore your perceived sexual needs and work on yourself only! Most guys aren't aware that improving how you look is part of what women really want. DO NOT AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE ANY WOMAN. BE RESPECTFUL, NICE AND SUPPORTIVE. YOU WANT WOMEN TO FEEL. SAFE AROUND YOU. WOMEN PICK UP DESPERATION FAST AND RUN FROM IT. I have never had any trouble meeting women because I never appear to be looking to meet women. I just talk to them showing no attempt to hook up. MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF UNLESS IT'S TO COMPARE YOUR EXPERIENCES. WOMEN WANT TO BE HEARD AND FEEL IMPORTANT. I have no idea why you got divorced. Whatever reason that happened, you need to address the reason why this happened and don't repeat it. Good luck! I know what I'm talking about. I'm the type of guy incels hate because I have always supported women in what they do and they are all wound up in their own needs and have no idea why women avoid them! It could take you lots of time to find someone but that's if you pray, and act unselfishly, women will feel safe and like you. Just remember women expect men to hit on them. Don't hit on them or flirt. Just ask questions that are about things they like and don't get caught analyzing them. Don't judge. Trust me, at 54, even 18 year olds respond to the way I speak to them because I'm not trying to get in their pants.

Now we’ve been married for 25 years and have two blessed children who are now adults, yet the internet become their faith, I continue to pray for them and speak with them frequently. My wife is 8 years older than me and her wisdom had a profound impact on me. Pray, it’s is a powerful tool, don’t go searching for a companion, God will help you with that. A Poetic Prayer for Sacredness, Self-Control, and Community
      Heavenly Father, hear our plea,
Guide us in Your love, so free.
The gift of sex, sacred and pure,
For marriage and life, may it endure.
“Be fruitful and multiply,” Your words so grand,
      Genesis 1:28, Your divine command.
In a world where casual views abound,
      Let sacredness of sex resound.
For those in struggles, feeling alone,
In Your grace, let their strength be shown.
To find true love, deep and sincere,
Not based on looks, but hearts that cheer.
      Online temptations, everywhere,
Protect our minds, in Your care.
      Strength and self-control we seek,
Your guidance, Lord, makes us meek.
      Marriage pure, as Hebrews tell,
In love and faith, may we dwell.
      Doctors’ greed, for profit’s gain,
Guide us, Lord, through health’s terrain.
      Community centers, synagogues of old,
Places of faith, where stories are told.
      Help us revive, churches anew,
Teaching Your word, faithful and true.
      Thirty-two times, synagogues we see,
In the Gospels, their role so key.
Prayer and fasting, tools so great,
Draw us closer, to our fate.
      Rediscovering the Bible’s lore,
      In its wisdom, we implore.
      Most published book, history’s tale,
      In Your teachings, we prevail.
As we pray, with hearts so pure,
The Lord’s Prayer, we now ensure:
Our Father, who art in heaven,
      Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,

      But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power,

He then had to work full time to support himself & had less time for game addiction. Started back to church & met a young lady. Now married & expecting a son.

People are so unself aware. Young men want Barbie, and young women want Ken. I understand that everyone wants the best they can get, but at some point reality needs to play a part in this. I have seen pretty girls, with good personalities, they weren't super models but not overweight, get overlooked by average guys that won't give them the time of day because the guy has his sights on some self involved superficial girl who would never give him the time of day. Then complain that they can't get a girl. And girls do the same. It's just sad and ridiculous.

Most of my friends dad's were in there 20s when I was a kid my dad was in his 50s -
I grew up in the deep South - my dad did not seem to worry about me going into the swamps to go hunting -
My dad was a. Business man, I was also -
My wife took flight when my son's were 4&5 - I raised them as a single parent -
Instead of TV we had books - instead of air-condition we had fans, instead of gas or electric heat we had a old box wood heater -
I was ridged with my son's, when I raised them - I had worked the offshore oilfields for yrs - also I was a contractor in large prisons - so I have a I.T. attitude -
Both my son's have been married around 18 yrs or so -
They also were both making several thousand dollars a day by the time they were both making a serious living by the time they were 30 -
There is a saying to raise a child in the way they will go - I stayed on my son's as they grew up, they came out really good -

Walk to school at least 1 mile rain or shine. Such a lost art but not completely. I make my grandson do these things when he’s with Grandma and he does it with no problem. You know why because it was passed on to him from his mama who I passed to her who my mom taught me. ITS TAUGHT. This generation isn’t lost. A Poetic Prayer for Sacredness, Self-Control, and Community
      Heavenly Father, hear our plea,
Guide us in Your love, so free.
The gift of sex, sacred and pure,
For marriage and life, may it endure.
“Be fruitful and multiply,” Your words so grand,
      Genesis 1:28, Your divine command.
In a world where casual views abound,
      Let sacredness of sex resound.
For those in struggles, feeling alone,
In Your grace, let their strength be shown.
To find true love, deep and sincere,
Not based on looks, but hearts that cheer.
      Online temptations, everywhere,
Protect our minds, in Your care.
      Strength and self-control we seek,
Your guidance, Lord, makes us meek.
      Marriage pure, as Hebrews tell,
In love and faith, may we dwell.
      Doctors’ greed, for profit’s gain,
Guide us, Lord, through health’s terrain.
      Community centers, synagogues of old,
Places of faith, where stories are told.
      Help us revive, churches anew,
Teaching Your word, faithful and true.
      Thirty-two times, synagogues we see,
In the Gospels, their role so key.
Prayer and fasting, tools so great,
Draw us closer, to our fate.
      Rediscovering the Bible’s lore,
      In its wisdom, we implore.
      Most published book, history’s tale,
      In Your teachings, we prevail.
As we pray, with hearts so pure,
The Lord’s Prayer, we now ensure:
Our Father, who art in heaven,
      Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
      And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
      But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power,
And the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
In Jesus’ name, our prayers we send,
For love, truth, and faith to blend.
      Amen. 🙏

My paternal grandmother, the oldest child, took her brothers and sister out on weekends and all summer from Burnaby British Columbia Canada to the North Shore Vancouver forest by street car and water taxi for a whole day. 1910s ... home for supper and don't miss the last water taxi. Independent business men for each brother, business women for both women. 1930s and until retirement in the 1970s. In the1990s my youngest brother and I drove my grandmother on a four hour trek to retrace her footsteps. It was an impressive adventure especially without highways, cars and cellphones. Not to mention wild animals and no 911 for emergencies and search and rescue organizations.

Now that you mention it, I'm startled to remember what a fight club my childhood and early teens in the Sixties and the Seventies of last Century had been! Not a day without a fight, and throwing these fun and rather firm Loess earth clods at each other, when it was not actual Geology going kinetic, was a favorite pastime! Getting dropped to one's knees by a hit on the forehead was not at all uncommon, and I still remember that "AT" slingshot pellet wrecking my bicycle's light at a hundred yards! Also, Scouting was a thing, a place where boys would be boys and their annoying sisters were allowed to be, yeah, girls, and where all of us could get the kind of life skills education and socialization schools did not provide. I could build a hearth, cook on it, navigate with a map, and draw accurate caricatures by age twelve. Many of us would also have gotten quite good with musical instruments by that age, and then our scouting organization became co-ed and all Hell broke loose. And yes, we survived that too, learning, the hard way, how girls that were not your sisters could be brought to your side, so to speak...
BTW, one of my sisters was really happy at Army's basic training, she said it felt like being back in our Scout Summer camps. I beg to differ on that, but at least having to pitch a tent and sleep in it was not a big deal for me at all, as it was for my cityboy buddies.
