Hyderabadi Egg Malai Korma is a tongue tantalizing dish. It’s a special creamy egg curry made with boiled eggs which are simmered in creamy thick curry base of onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, curd, milk and seasoned with delicate spices. This easy to make egg curry is perfect to serve with steamed basmati rice or Naan.
So here’s the recipe from my kitchen to yours

Ingredients :
6 to 7 Boiled Eggs (slits given on each side)
To make Green Masala Paste :
2 large Onions (roughly chopped)
5 nos Light Green Chillies (less spicy ones)
,5 nos. Dark Green Chillies (spicy ones)
4 tbsp Mint Leaves (Pudina)
1 cup Coriander Leaves
Other Ingredients :
5 tbsp Vegetable Oil (can use less if you prefer)
¼ tsp Shahi Jeera
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (as per taste)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
150 ml Water (for grinding the masalas)
100 ml Fresh Curd (well beaten)
¼ cup Coriander Leaves
100 ml Milk (boiled & cooled)
½ tsp Sugar (to balance out the flavors)
Few Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
