Tbh you should of clarified that during a war Leaf Nation and Pains Nation were at war and his family got caught in the l crossfire. Also you should of clarified that Pains own nation attacked the “Vigilante” Group which used to be the Akatsuki. If you do this path it makes since for your AU since there are different Hero Commissions for each nation in MHA
