A few disclaimers as filming Chiara and voiceover Chiara seem to be a little disconnected for this one … I realize I wrote January, while this is in fact my February wrap up 🙃 It will get fixed in my January wrap up video later!! I also probably should have mentioned that my goal is to read from at least 10 different countries this year, it makes an appearance in the video, but I somehow forgot to mention it. Let me know if you have a goals on reading books from around the world!!

Such a nice selection of books! I might need to rewatch this and take notes, some of the titles really got my interest. I love that you mostly read literary fiction and classics bc that's my go-to choice too 🤍

Glad to hear some of these sound interesting tp you! I try to venture out and try new genres, but literary fiction and classics are always what I go back to ☺️

Gorgeous video as always! I have to say Exciting Times isn't fun lol it's very much like Sally Rooney, a bit disinterested and nonchalant while also tackling the guilt of desire. I bought her second book and will give it a chance, but these Irish girlies might not be for me haha. That South Korean list sounds sooo good!

I loved this is Happiness. Have never really seen anyone talking about it! I bought a book called around the world in 80 books where the writer explores books from around the world, and I've been reading each book alongside :)

I have started reading it and it's so lovely so far! My friend from Ireland recommended it to me, otherwise I probably wouldn't have found out about it. Around the world in 80 books sounds like a great book and guide to reading from more countries, thank you for sharing :)

Yes you are right! And hearing myself saying it was set in an English boarding school, I realised I would be swapping this with a different book for this month. Will read it as part of a different tbr :)
