I didn’t know tf can be cousins.
The in and out happened for the first 2 years after ego death. I didnt take balancing seriously until the big seperation and silence. Its been silent in 3D since feb 2023 but ive been able to get rid of the obsessive thinking all day and pain. Inner union since 12/31/23. I no longer feel those things but ego always try to be sneaky and ask questions. Like i know i have to judge my journey based on how great i feel but the ego will come in "youre not doing good becuase the DM isnt here" but he is. Hes always here cause hes me. This journey is different for everyone and i know my other self has no choice but to come in one day physically because the soul always wants the soul. I just have to continuously balance that ego thought. Thats my challange right now and im ok with it
Yeah, definitely the mind activation being the worst on this journey 😅 Together with the physical release part in my experience, but that’s kind of interconnected... And when you’re finally able to get the mind in it’s right place, your body has such an easier time doing it’s thing! A few days ago I was really like ah maybe this person was a catalyst!!! And hoping it was 😂 hoping it would go away soon! But then he appeared in my dream, we were together all night, just being together not doing anything in particular, it felt like days together, I woke up with that feeling of being super fulfilled. Also I haven’t dreamed about him in months. Next day again, a vivid dream, we were together, this time physically together for hours!! I wake up like wtf? Then I fell asleep and there he was again!!! 3 dreams in a row 2 in the same night!! Every time i minimize the connection something really intense happens.
Thank you if you’re coming in and out quickly it to show me my fear base energy.
I really appreciate you sharing this awareness and understanding. Likewise, when the vibration steadies they may stay longer, because there is less fear.

I need to remove myself completely from 3D contact with my twin. End of story.
I couldn't agree more with the "lean into it" mentality in regards to this journey. Met another soul in the monthly membership group, we've connected over the mutual interest of "leaning into it" and helping one another, we have been spending countless hours on calls listing our fear-based limiting beliefs, challenging them and transmuting them. It's not easy by any stretch, but it's the work we've avoided our entire lives. Now we're running straight towards these fears instead of denying their existence.
I kept hearing Bridget and thought it was either St. Bridget or the etymology of Bridget, then I finally realized I was bridging between 3D and 5D.
What often has landed me on my a$$ in this journey is expecting telepathy to match my DM. I can tell she is getting the general message, but not exact. And 💥. I fall down. “I’m not doing this. I don’t want this.” Crying. Anger. Losing faith in not just this journey, but In Divinity altogether. Baby steps means lots of time on your a$$. 😂

Why suddenly I am feeling throned back to start? Back to where I can't breath. Like 2 years I was just in the shallow and now I am even deeper from Mariana Trench!!!
Sooo much work, discipline, courage just for a little bit of joy and then NOTHING ....?

suicidal thoughts feeling guilty of not doing the right work for myself, feeling uncappable to do anything right. The only thing I know is how to feel pain and how to hurt myself..
Don’t you dare give up.
I was oscillating a lot too. The pain comes back in to burn up more energy blockages. Once it’s fully burned up then you will feel a crystal clear river of energy flowing through you.
Think of those times of pain like dams that are being slowly washed away so until the current is at full force.
And as hard as it is you have to trust the current’s natural path and not try to swim against it. That is trusting God. God is the current. Every time you are in pain you will find deeper peace follows.

@@Mayaslovinglightsome of us know. We are genuinely also having this same experience and when you feel isolated come back here, look at this and remember we are out there. We are here and for some reason all of us have been put onto this path and we will all need each other. That means you can’t go anywhere. Stay strong, beautiful soul.

By saying "Noone knows"... I mean friends and family.. I didn't want to share even my encounter with him, because it felt OUT OF THIS WORLD
I remember one of my first thoughts or I should say feelings was "this is me in a male's body!!!! ".. I saw it.. I felt it to my core.. I couldn't imagine it will be so hard, though. Besides, I thought that this one will be the only person in my life who won't hurt me or reject me.. His exactly words were "who will make the HUGE mistake to reject YOU?" I know he didn't have the intention but I definitely and literally died by his actions... again and again..
Anyway... just stories..

You are judging yourself, let it go and know soul only ever gives you what you can handle. This is a process and it truly helping you clear all the energies you are not. It is normal to go back down for more clearing. Sending lots of love ❤️

I never knew exactly why it felt wrong for me when he contacted me despite being in an - albeit unhappy - relationship.
Until I realised that a lie was being fed and perpetuated here. He lies to his partner and I lie to myself.

When I’m meditating and feel the energies touching me and tingling… is that the masculine or other energies that are helping me get through the awakening and into union? I can feel them touch me on my left side and a lot of heat on my right side. Also I can see them moving my blankets when they sit on my bed. Any insight into the 5D?
Hi Kathleen, I have a question, I just want to make sure i am comprehending this right, so when they are coming in and out, it's because are soul need us to shift the energy more? And if we not seeing them, does that mean we on the right track with it comes to energy? Because if I am understanding this right, I am thinking that if I run into my twin, which is what my soul doing, omg I still have some inner work to do, balancing the energy, because if hes not coming in at all, does that mean i am mastering this? Because right now my twin comes in a lot, I must not be shifting this energy in the right direction, because my soul is showing him too much! 😂😂😂

It’s true everything you channeled.. though I can’t say my twin flame was in a relationship and has been for the past six years and it’s been my persistence to follow my heart and check up on him every couple of years that has guided us back together. I went against my nonstop thinking brain that it was a bad idea to go visit that married man and it caused me a lot of trauma and drama he had a restraining order on me and might still have it… He called the cops on me and I was arrested for violating his restraining order but I kept writing him letters and now I know he’s on his way back to me and on his way to getting a divorce…. There’s still ways you can wake him up if he is in another connection. But the main focus does have to be yourself and until you get into Soul and then get out of Soul and start doing your mission, that’s when he comes in at least that’s what I found :-)
