Thank You!!! I love that you started off with helpful information about the ferries- If only i could find some good info on which hotels to stay in on the island, and where the most populated areas are. I really like places with alot of shops and eateries (not bars)
Unfortunately there is only one main drag on the island and it’s a pretty even mix of bars and shops/food. This is right off the entry point from the jet express! Everything past that is pretty well spread out (hence why we definitely recommend a golf cart!) unfortunately since our trip was just a single day we don’t have much recommendations in the way of hotels but you may want to consider an Airbnb if you like things quiet as most of the hotels can get pretty rowdy from what we hear :)
You are better off staying on the mainland probably on route 250 in sandusky. Put in bay is full of bars so the island would be a nice day trip for you
Just came back from there. We were two couples 70ish in age. Really didnt care about all the bars, but thats just our age. Had more fun exploring the island on our golf cart. Eating at different restaurants. Prices on everything higher than normal, but everything has to be brought over on the ferry. From our perspective ,I think we covered everything on our 3 days there. Is this a place to bring the kids, not really. I think they would be bored after awhile.
Put N Bay rocks. Wasted time golfing..You can do that anywhere. Hit the caves, the trails, the whinerys, Perry's memorial, Perry's cave ...so much more. You guys need a chaperone next trip. We hit PNB three times a year when we lived in Ohio. Since we moved to Colorado in 98, but still hit PNB once a year around the summer holidays. Liked the Vid, Keep it up guys!

Great video. Put in bay has a lot of stigma around alcohol. It was nice to see a day put together that didn’t involve drinking.
Lobster bisque fresh out of the waters of Lake Erie 😂
LOL
A great place to visit in a plane . I do it whenever in Ohio and the weather cooperates

I am a big fan of the Great Lakes islands. Check out Beaver island in northern Lake Michigan. It’s beautiful.
All the excitement you can handle...if you're retired!
There is so much history to the Bass Islands.........none of it being mentioned
Why don't you tell us if you know so much
Miller ferry is the best!
How much is the fairies
Round trip on the jet express is around $40 per person!
"Ohio has Islands, believe it or not ". Ever read a history book.
