Hello Todd, I watched July community video with great interest. Fabulous presentation. You mentioned in the video above and the community demo you would upload the app demo to PowerApp Community. I haven't been able to find this. Could you provide a link to the download link? Thank you.
Awesome, thanks for the super feedback, that's very kind of you. You can get the PowerApp here: toddbaginski.com/blog/files/PowerApps/Error Handling Demo App Sample.msapp

Hey Todd, just one quick question. Have you had a problems with the toggle not firing if the global variable isn't set on the screen where the toggle resides. It seems to have stopped working on the web player, but if I test it in the studio it still works. Just wondering if you have experienced the same?
Arggh. No, I have not had an issue with this before in the web player, but now I just tested it after seeing your comment and I do see this same issue in the web player. I do not see this issue in the client app on iOS or Android (just tested those too). I am going to reach out to the PowerApps team to find out why this behavior has changed.
Thank you Todd! I have tried using collections with the toggles and they still work on the web player. Lemme know if I can help or test anything on my side.
Trading emails with the PA team about this. I have been provided a workaround for the web player. The workaround is to add a reference to the toggle control on the pages where the toggle control does not exist. To do that easily you can add a label, make it invisible, and set the text property to tglErrorGlobal.Value. I did this and it worked well. Waiting to hear if this is a temporary workaround or not.
Thanks@@ToddBaginski. I suspected that this has something to do with delayed load or something that causes it not to be loaded on the screen. If I enable delayed load, it also stopped working where toggles are monitoring collections.
@@DavesTechTips Thanks to your question, I just read the workaround. I also postet this topic to the Power Apps Forum (powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps-Formerly/Reuse-code-with-toggle-button/m-p/414752/highlight/false#M122476)
Hi Todd, I hope you are doing well. I was wondering if you may able to create a video about deep linking in power apps with an application that has more than 4 screens. so at the start app, a timer may detect the login screen and move the screen to the screen of the gallery then another timer detects the app ID and other criteria then open the right screen. I hope that was clear. Thanks Hassan
