Are the heads on these the same as the originals or are they like the crappy heads on the B'2s that are always falling off?

These decoys are terable...ruened a head trying to install it...faught with every single head...you wont be able to pull off the head to bag them and put the head back on in the field...now i have to find and buy a new head
