Hi, so I’ve been watching these videos for a minute and I have to say I’ve enjoyed the writing and comfort you provide. It wasn’t until I’ve had to deal with some harsh anxiety that I’ve come to really appreciate these videos. It’s just so comforting to feel like some just genuinely cares for you and wants you to be better. I’ve felt so much better after listing to your audios so I just wanna say thank you cozy, thank you for making me feel safe again.

Bennadryl does the trick to relieve the hives during the day, and another good remedy is to watch Cozy Asmr’s vids. A girl i’ve known for 26 years since pre-school betrayed me, she dumpeed me in 2020. I lost a few family members. My heart aches. So bad. It’s ben 3 months and a week since my uncle, whom I’ve been so close to, passed away from Covid. He was unvaccinated. My heart every waking hour of each day. i don’t tell my family about my anxiety except a family member who overcame anxiety. But I’m going down his path since he started having anxiety 20 years ago when he was my age around that time. I’m scared to go out. Yes, i’m vaccinated, boosted up and am safe. But I don’t know what covid will do to me. I’m so scared dude. To make me feel safe while hearing Cozy’s soothing voice at night, I cradle my plush kitties, and cuddle with my adorable white bear Luna. Not sure what brand she is. But she has a beautiful brown bow tie stitched to her chest, and she’s very big, and I hold her close to me. Blankets surround me. I had a dream this morning my grandma, the mom of my uncle that passed 3 months ago, had a dream my grandma passed away. I cried before bed last night thinking of my uncle. Please pray for me dude. I need prayers, like now, pronto. Love you bro and thank you for everything. I thank Cozy Asmr for evrything. Love is love. Pray that my hives go away cause I’m scared to sleep at night unless if I have bennadryl on hand. To cure the itchiness that goes all over my body. I thank my toxic ex for leaving me. Wouldn’t have thought this hurts so bad losing my uncle. He was my bro, my bo, as he would describe it. 😭😢
@@wickedness_666 I’m really sorry to hear that, you’ll be in my prayers brother. Remember anxiety is a part of you that wants the best for you, and we need to let it in in order for us to get better. If you can find the root of the fears it has and see them for what they are and accept them, things will instantly get better. It may seem weird to hear but understanding why things are the way they are and accepting them will help us find peace.
I love these audios, they help me out so much and I can just cry to the same audio multiple time whenever I need it. Honestly, these audios have helped me through very rough times, and still is helping me, so thank you so much for making these, and don’t forget to take a break if you need one

I usually watch your audios an hour or two before I go to sleep. This was the quickest I caught the upload so I had to stop by to say hello again cozy, and thank you so much for all your work. I as well as many others appreciate the work you put into these. I haven’t had a bad night of sleep since I started listening. I used to see things every time I close my eyes and now that doesn’t happen. The audio is distracting enough that I am unable to have those images, but calm and comforting enough to allow me to fall asleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
