i did all the steps but no "your payment has been canceled" screen pops up at the end and it doesn't cancel the payment. I've canceled it like 20 times now. I just want my money

they've changed their policy or something, I called support and was told the 30mins this has changed and you have to wait for it to be processed then return it though the app, brilliant am I right :/
