  • Here we are in the southernmost city on Earth - Ushuaia. We will go on a full day catamaran cruise through the Beagle Channel, Tierra del Fuego, Southern Argentina. We will see cormorants, sea lions, whales and the dreamy Magellanic and King penguins. We also pass Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, which is a slightly conical lighthouse standing on the most north-eastern of the five or so Les Eclaireurs Islands from which it takes its name, 5 nautical miles east of Ushuaia.
This is the second time in our travels that we have seen penguins in their natural habitat, but this one is special.
We are very close to Antarctica and this was felt by the low temperatures and at times piercing wind.
After sailing, we will wander around the eastern part of Ushuaia.
    Enjoy watching!
