Love the series you're doing! Huntress is my main and I have two go-to builds for her depending on how my matches are on any given day. The first is darkness revealed, bbq, pain res and dead man's switch so I can go for aura snipes but the gens don't get done too fast. The second is full aura for snipes and trickshots with lethal pursuer, darkness revealed, bbq and bitter murmur; this is my preferred build just because it's so much fun going for crazy shots.
For addons, I love shiny pin with oak haft! Oak haft is so satisfying as well for getting quick follow-up hits and it's such a great addon for her. I also love flower babushka with rose root for fast hits, and glowing concoction for more aura reading; glowing concoction also helps with figuring out survivor movement after they've been hit and can help build in some great prediction knowledge for further down the road with her. With that being said, I recommend staying away from addons that change her hatchet wind-up and throw time when you're learning her. It's very easy to get used to addons and then have to re-learn the base hatchet wind-up/velocity when you use different addons or run out.
The best advice I ever got when first learning huntress was to "just throw hatchets". Throw the hatchets you know will hit, throw the hatchets you don't know will hit, throw the hatchets you think will hit, throw the hatchets you think will never hit. Just throw, throw, and throw some more. You'll get more comfortable and confident with them and you'll build your muscle memory. No shame in M1 hits, but don't rely too heavily on them. Huntress's ability to injure survivors from great distances and shut down chases quickly is what really makes her shine.
Feel free to reach out if you ever want to hop in a customs game to practice, or have any questions, and happy hunting!
