With keyboard and mouse, (not sure about controller), if you try to look around all the controls are inverted and the wrong way to show that Farah had just been hit that your motor function controls are damaged.
There's hidden dialog at the final mission of battlefield 4 when you reunite with a squad mate and he nearly shoots you ( if you don't move after the cutsceen they start talking)

In a recent update, you were able to spawn multiple Tim fireworks. Gamecat Island looks like the island that was used for Bloons 3D. The dolls are more than likely a nod to the Annabelle movie series.
Got one for "Down Under", which you covered back in the day. When standing in front of the wall and turn the camera, the brain has a smile too. Well, do that same thing again later in the game, the "brain face" is gonna change. It's a spoiler for the game, so you might wanna mention it. All relics plus a Boss fight is necessary
Dont know if youve covered it, but in Brütal Metal, if you hit a bouncer with your car they can say “Cars…Send more cars” which seems like a reference to Return of the Living Deads “Send more cops”

There is a vr game with an "easter egg" Zero caliber reloaded, when you open the secret gun box on the hail mission it gives a random gun, something it gives the golden gun and mag which unlocks it forever, not really an easter egg but still a secret
