I don’t know if everyone else felt this meditation like I did! but I literally felt every chakra open and do what it had to do to restore itself! As I was meditating I gently tapped each part of the chakras to activate them and to also be mindfully aware of which chakra you were on that we had to focus on and that helped a lot! I feel soooo much different than what I did before this meditation! It feels great ..
I did. And meditation is difficult with my brain. Each chakra opened and i could feel and see each of them 😮 could feel myself exhaling the dark energy that has attached to me. I came back with a lightness.
