A coach, I am impressed. May I offer one tiny suggestion, find something that they are doing right, and make a big deal of it. Let them know the kind of man that you are. A little later, work on what they are doing incorrectly. Make them feel good about the crew that they are on. Remind them that they are a crew and responsible to the crew. Build a team. Next thing to know is that soon you will be wearing a suit and interviewed on TV! Picture that.
