This game is based on The Anime and Light Novel Timeline, and take place after Canon version of Alicization Arc,not Gameverse. Heck,most Gameverse character also not returning in this game,because Fractured Daydream doesn't take place in Gameverse.

It isn't canon, it bases itself on the status quo of the Anime/LN canon. Galaxia is doing a lot of memory / brain shenanigans. Characters who should not be there are most certainly memory fragments. Also, Eiji and Diva YUNA still exist post Ordinal Scale and are an effective duo. Wait, Sword Golem is also a boss? I mean it makes sense, until Quinnella comes into play and summons her own. I hope they make it distinct somehow to avoid confusion
The Boss version is quite large in comparison. Quinella's summon is distinctly smaller. It's the same with Oberon's Guardian summon vs Enemy Guardians.
game looks good besides the map and area designs. It's a shame they rush the boring linear environments. Will still buy, and will still enjoy it, but that was my one issue with fatal bullet as well.
I imagine it's mainly because the game (Fatal Bullet was as well) to be more arcade like, where you are constantly running and on the move. They don't want you to think much about the location, but rather be able to swiftly traverse areas and get back into action.

Right? I excitedly came back to it as I was moving because it was so much more convenient, but goddamn, I downloaded 5-6 Free to Play multiplayer games proudly advertised in the front of the store, and most do not even allow me to play them without the membership...

People allow Nintendo too much, when more customer friendly industry standards are often completely ignored by them. I'd love to buy Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for my 3DS through official means... If you didn't know, Xbox 360 just shut down the online verses, Nintendo will just shut down their older consoles online services simply to get people to buy their latest product. Meanwhile, they refuse to import older games that people have been asking for for many years. And then they have like 20 different farming games. But still charge you 60$ for a ten year old game.

It's bad for your own expectations if anything. And we saw what Fatal Bullet caused with its CAC. Wet blanket, cardboard cutouts everywhere, who solely exist to justify CAC's existence into how much of a "Kirito" they actually are. The CAC even ruined characterizations of Kureha and Zeliska for the 2 minutes they dozed off and dreamt about them... Suddenly both Kureha and Zeliska became a mindless admirer trying to tell their dream CAC how amazing they were and did not say a single thing worthy of being spouted.
I have a question when is the release date I pre ordered the premium deluxe edition when I look to check on the store it says estimated release September 30 is that true?
Sounds like the store is correctly set for the download date, in accordance with the 3 day early access you have via the deluxe edition. So yes, you'll be able to download then and you'll likely need to wait until the servers launch or something. The exact process is not exactly clear. Official launch is October 3-4 depending on your time zone.

According to the PSN listing, yes, the full game will require PS+ for online. The extent of it remains unclear though. Similar "Always Online" games do allow you to do a lot of stuff in specific modes. The Free Quest mode may just be accessible without a PS+ subscription for example, since it is technically a single player mode, just puts you in an online map instance.
If you want to give the game a try before purchasing, this upcoming Open Network Test is your chance to do it for free. If you are uncertain about the full game, just get the base game. You can grab the DLCs later. The story mode, yes. The multiplayer is designed as Coop though. The matchmaking will help you with that.
