Saw this video, tried your tactics/formation and won the next 2 games. My question is... is it more important to have good tactics (roles), or to have all your players on Role++? I.e. I have Garnacho RTTK. At LM he has Inside Forward++, but for Winger he doesn't even have a +. Would i be better tweaking the tactics to suit Garnacho, better just using him on Winger, or better off swapping him entirely for someone with Winger+(+)?
Pick what plays nice for you and tweak it a bit so its meta, for example with this formation (4411) i dont like inside forward bc its to crowdy on thr midfield then i get pressed way to easy

If it's the case that you never use these tactics as part of a gameplan (with tactics for holding and chasing a game), then can you never post these without telling us what these tactics are, because otherwise it is misleading, since we want to play more like you. Thank you.

Tough one to call. We prefer having good tactics (roles) over our players on Role ++.

is there a big difference if players play without plus, like son, dembele or patri?
I'd prefer to have +, but not all players will be able to be on +. So try to minimize this as much as you can.
How is the pass @ 4:35 done on ps ?

The player doing the pass has to have good passing and vision. A through ball play style also helps. You can do it with L2 🔺or just triangle

Is this similar to the 4141 formation?
It is different , because of the 4141 have a cdm role, where it’s more defensive and may take a while for quick transitions

These were used during the November Cup. There might be some small changes after playing the patch for a while, but for now we stick with those.
