I got it to work on my computer but won't work on a phone

@@softlearners you didn't tell how that pop up appears on bottom as you selected top center and I think you have added something by editing in Wordpress editor. correct me if I am wrong. This video is good but incomplete
I didn't add any code, maybe page wasn't too long that's why it appeared little bit late.
