Feel for you,yes this has happened to me before with a premium brand chainsaw,went back to the store and very very calmly explained what happened,was told to leave it there ,got a call a week later,picked up saw at no extra charge and was told to have a blessed day.Saw has been running the last 18 months,no problems ,I am located in Melbourne Australia,all the best.
