Damon was definitely my favourite character, to me Damon Bonnie and Elena made the show and Damon had the best character development, loved your reactions!

This is one of the only characters who almost killed Klaus bro. Someone who even tho did so much shit pretty much saved everyone multiple times as well. His love for his brother is unmatched, love for his true love, and love for his friends... AN AMAZING character and Ian played him the best

if you're this attached to TVD and the great bond of the Salvatore brothers I can't even imagine how you'd feel if you watch supernatural :) The Vampire Diaries is a great show with so many great characters (Kai, Caroline, Damon and Enzo were my faves not including the originals) and it's actually the second show I've ever watched, I loved it and cried for a day when it was over BUT it's not even close to Supernatural for me. Supernatural helped me through so much shit and have a different place in my heart for so many reasons but aside from that, it is one of the best out there. And believe me when I say this you can't find a relationship like the Winchester brothers have in any other show/movie. I don't know if you're down for a 15season show but it would be amazing if you watch :) Believe me, even the pilot is phenomenal.

Please tell me I'm not the only that noticed that while Elena wanted to completely change Damon, Damon changed because of Bonnie, because yes Damon was in love with Elena, but he didn't want to change, he wanted to be himself with her and sometimes Elena wouldn't accept the way he was. When with Bonnie, since the very beginning she saw him for who and for what he was, and always grounded him when he needed to be grounded. Elena on the other hand, bent her morals a lot of times for him. I just love the way Damon changed when he became closer to Bonnie. - - - - - Also am I the only one that dislikes Elena. To me, she was selfish and whiny. Always preferred Katherine over her. but that's my opinion
