Not only are you one of the only Noita content creators, your content is extremely well edited and your commentary super entertaining. This is top quality, quick, concise, and entertaining. Thank you for not nesting all this juicy info into long winded 30+ minute playthroughs (though I'd still watch you stream this game long-form as well).
i know im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly forgot my password. I would love any help you can give me.
@Winston Langston Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
1) There are also Healer Robots in Vault 1 & 2 2) You can make a machinegun using chainsaws. Put a chainsaw after your spell and add a 2 caster before both of them. 3) You can apply damage plus & heavy shot to the cloud mist spells. If you also put a trigger spell before the cloud mist now you will shoot clouds that will do really high damage per second that kill any enemy in the game in couple of miliseconds. Add a homing shot into this and you have a killing machine 4) Freeze field makes you immune to Lava and Acid. You can still take 1 - 2 damage but it mostly works. 5) You can add Speed up, Wavy shot and the spell that makes your shots last longer (I don't remember it's name, it added to the game recently) to make your Black holes go even further. Also newly added projectile repulsion field helps Black holes go incredible far away but this also may cause some inaccuracy in your shots. 6) You can see in the Dark Cave and get a free Full Health and a Heart by drinking Worm Blood (Worm Blood also apply a temporary All Seeing Eye effect), using a torch spell or having the All Seeing Eye Perk (Not the spell, spell doesn't work in the Dark Cave) 7) You don't have to pour water on the ground to wash off, just pour a little over your head and it will remove any kind of debuff 8) *SPOILER* -There is a big chunk of gold (app. 200K) inside the wall on top of the ??? with the essence of earth. You can get there by using 4 - 5 regular black holes, matter eater or a buffed black hole.- 9) *SPOILER* -The new Pyramid boss has fire weakness. Shoot him with any fire spell and it will die very quickly.- 10) And most importanly no matter how good your run is, no matter how many immunity perks you have Chaotic Polymorpine can kill you any second. Fuck that
11) A frozen enemy dies in one hit by a tentacle spell. If you have a wand with Freeze Charge > Tentacle; it will one-shot nearly any enemy in the game. Also I believe frozen acid will hurt you now if you touch it.
Yup. I had to keep this one to 15 tips, since it already took me a solid 100 hours to make this video. I already have a bunch of these written down for either part 2 of this or completely separate videos (how to get to parallel worlds, the gold biome, etc.) Thank you guys, though. I appreciate it very much. And, yeah, frozen acid still hurts (same as frozen sludge.)
@@FuryForged FWIW, your 100 hours are *vastly* appreciated...your content is top-notch, the narrative style is terrific (such a nice change from the majority of creators right now doing gaming overviews on the t00bz), and add +1 to your Sub. roster. Bought on Steam yesterday after seeing the Workshop update (and sale! -- best $15 USD i've spent in years) and i'm just about to hit hour 12 of solid play other than coffee breaks. :) Thanks man, continued success and good stuff to you and yours. :)
Also the levitation spell which seems to have infinite use time. Just cast it once and it makes a cloud-sized ball of levitation that moves where you point it, going faster in that direction the further from yourself your cursor is.
I had no idea you could charm wands and make them companions! This was a really informative video! Next time I see a wand I don't want with some pheremones on me, I'll be sure to employ this trick.
You can also fire a "teleportation spell" at the healing dude, so that way he won't die since it does 0 damage edit: okay, i tried it again and it doesn't seem to work anymore :(
sometimes perk lottery activates when at the same time you pick it up allowing you to get another perk from the same roll and i think thats really cool
One thing you can do regarding trick kills is you can throw the emerald tablets at enemies and it counts as a trick kill. Very easy way to double your money on the first floor if you're playing cautious.
if you did not find a berserkium, then you can take the “More Hatred” perk and then the healers will always heal you as if you were in a berserkium. But enemies with hearts above their heads can attack you
This game popped out of nowhere and i barely know any other games with as many mechanics, secrets and as much depth as this game and i have spent 20 full hours in less than a week on it... amazing
The most useful tip I have is to always have a flask with polymorphine. If you ever meet an enemy you do not want to fight, just throw it at him. But be careful that you do not end up as the sheep on the chooping block.
The most annoying poly death was when I transformed into some robot that, apparently, just explodes into freezing liquid once you left-click. Or at least it is easy enough to die like this that I don't want to test it further. Also, shooting a teleportation projectile just before you transform back, after which it flies back to you and teleports you into the lava lake. Good times.
4:04 If they try to throw the flasks through deep enough water the flask just falls harmlessly to the bottom of the pool. The easiest way is for them to just be floating in a pool.
Had no idea about the tentacle stealing items, seems like a waaay smarter way of doing it (apart from being forced to trigger the collapse). Usually burned through holy mountains with acid (ticking off the gods) if I had the time XD. Or the emptying of flasks XD. Thanks for that!
Nice tips, thanks :) Any chance we can get an advanced wandcrafting guide at some point? A lot of the intricacies still confuse me. ...but I DO know that adding a Chainsaw spell + any projectile spell to a wand will turn it into a minigun, there's your first wand tip ;) Also; perk lottery sometimes activates immediately, meaning the other perks don't disappear when you pick it up for the first time
Yeah I'm still figuring out how triggers and timers work. I've had a lot of people explain it as "nesting" as in, if you do mod > double cast > timer > spell > timer > spell; it will cast two modded timer spells that then cast two un-modded spells after their timer. It always works left from right and triggers/timers will always cast the next spell to the right of them.
a chain saw makes a wand a minigun only if the wand has a small cooldown. If the wand is recharged for 3 seconds, then it can not be turned into a minigun
I have found it useful to use teleportium from a flask to warp me back up a previous level from the holy mountain. That way you can use your more powerful items and new perk to explore the previous level more thoroughly.
good video, a lot of things that i don't know. but couple corrects: 1. you need few drops of berserkium for healer and it's not necessary to cover yourself by berserk 2. if you berserk the healer, he will heal you rapidly and without kicking 2.a. i think if you "give" wand with healing proj to enemy and cover enemy by berserk - enemy become mega healer:) 3. if you cover healer on hiisi base by berserk he become your amigo and will follow you:)
Afflicting yourself with berserk causes every Hiisi Healer to heal you on sight as long as you are berserked. It may be beneficial to do this instead of afflicting *them* with berserk since the other Hiisi/enemies will attack and kill them if they are berserked.
Nollagames have patched a few things that I mention in my videos (they tend to do that, lol) so just keep in mind that you can no longer kick or berserk the healers to heal you - you need pheromone now, or the plague rats perk or just find TWO healers and stand between them. Kick them both and they'll try to heal each other and heal you in the process. Have fun!
Pyramid is a great place to farm money early if you're short on cash. All you do is kick pink pots in the air so they spin and shoot them once. It spawns spiders and they immediately get killed by the pot. On top of that, if you go far enough away, pots regenerate, so you can repeat the process as many times you want.
Don't stack perk lottery, it works the other way. It will roll a 50/50 once to see if you should keep the perks for the first perk lottery. Then it will roll again for the second perk lottery and give another 50/50, effectively reducing your chance to 25% of keeping the perks.
From the game code: "func = function( entity_perk_item, entity_who_picked, item_name ) -- TODO - this should work - seems to work local perk_destroy_chance = tonumber( GlobalsGetValue( "TEMPLE_PERK_DESTROY_CHANCE", "100" ) ) perk_destroy_chance = perk_destroy_chance / 2 GlobalsSetValue( "TEMPLE_PERK_DESTROY_CHANCE", to_string(perk_destroy_chance) ) end, So yeah the chance of perks staying around goes 1/2 -> 3/4 -> 7/8 -> 15/16 -> etc."
In the next video, please showcase the most powerful and guaranteed early game weapon, the Tabula Smaragdina. With an invisibilium flask, you can go through the early levels with no problem at all, since throwing the Tabula does up to 400 damage. Killing enemies with the Tabula will most of the time count as an accidental kill, so 2x the gold drops. This can get you a lot of gold if you kill a god or a ghost with it, which is trivial when you have invisibilium. I've only had a possessed wand see through my invisibility, but I haven't gotten far and I don't know if any other enemy ignores it.
I think the bosses will see you. there are also ordinary enemies who can see you: spiders in the jungle, worms and another strange kind of ghostly enemies that is in the temple of art and passes through the walls
Extra tips You can throwe emerald tablet at enemies and that gonna count as an accident kill Emerald tablet can block projectiles Emerald tablet can oneshot fat enemies
Emerald tablet doesn't de-cloak you when you're covered in invisiblium or have the perk You can trade emerald tablets for 200 gold at the top of the altar The emerald tablet is big enough to block the flow of liquids The emerald tablet can protect you from explosions when placed down The emerald tablet can be thrown into a mini lukki swarm for massive amounts of gold The emerald tablet can be thrown into lanterns to instantly break them Even in endgame, the emerald tablet can kill strong enemies and at that, give you massive ass ammounts of gold So love your fucking emerald tablet.
I found a way to get free spells from shops and things, It requires: Perks: Peace with Gods (optional) Misc: Anything that can spawn acid If you manage to use acid to burn through the thing under the shop, you can easily get the spells out, and just pick em up.
Explode on contact modifier spell if multiple shots have it on them say for example 2 bouncy shots, if they both hit they won't double the damage it'll instead square it. I haven't tested this with more shots.
You can still charm wands, but a few of these no longer work - like kicking the healers to get heals. I've been covering all the more obscure knowledge about the game since day 1 of early access a year ago, and the devs have definitely patched some of it along the way. Just keep that in mind. I'm working on another pretty huge video that I hope to get finished today.
Lol, yeah, I was going to put that one in here but I spent about 20 minutes getting myself killed repeatedly trying to capture good footage of it. I’ll add that to the next one. Actually, I’m pretty sure that it works for normal wand attacks as well, since during testing I managed to block an attack when shooting a spark bolt at the perfect moment.
I need help, I have died twice now on my best runs yet because my character suddenly started blasting some fiery AOE spells, without me clicking anything, non-stop until my health was gone. I don't know which spells exactly, but I am pretty sure I did not have any equipped. I have no idea what causes this and I cannot find anything about this, but as of right now this feels like too random a death to play this game again.
There's a spell called "personal fireball thrower" that will cause anything hit by it to continuously throw out fireballs until it dies. You can cast it on items in the world too, so it'll throw fireballs forever (on a heart or spell refresher.) Something may have picked up a wand with this spell on it and hit you with it, or you may have gotten a wand with it and then it backfired onto you.
@@FuryForged Ah, yes, that looks exactly like what I experienced. Any tips and tricks to stop the effect once it is happening? I guess I will just be super careful for enemies with wands, because this is basically a 1 hit kill, it just takes a while to kill you. Thanks!
You can make snow if you freeze a mist spell. You can kill the guardian relativily easy if you have circle of stillness. If you use a circle of stillness on guardian you can kick him to kill him instantly during the time he is frozen.
Yeah, I'm going to have to rename all of my old videos to "prerelease". A lot of the stuff is still the same though. I will be remaking most of these early-access videos with 1.0 versions.
Will the charmed wand drop if you "kill" it? Atleast that's why "summon taima-whatever" spell is pretty useful for consistenly getting yourself good level 3-4 wands every floor
Thanks for watching. The seed that has the Always Cast Heal Projectile wand (in one of the chests in the Mines) is: 674701734 Thanks to u/Japanczi on Reddit. Because it took about 100 hours of work to make just this little 6.5 minute-long vid, so I had to end the tips at number 15 and save some for "volume 2" so I could move on and work on other videos that I have to work on.
Yeah, unfortunately some of the stuff I've covered in a few videos has been changed. He'll still heal you if you use Pheromone on him. Also, if you can get 2 healers together, you can stand in the middle of them and kick one. The other will try to heal him and hit you instead.
Yup. The new home of the Essence of Air. I've recorded a run to/through it, but I'm not sure if I want to just upload a video only showing that (I probably will) so I haven't edited it into a vid yet.
If you find AP or midas draught becareful it might have poly in it, poly floats to the top of both and I have killed my self in a pool of midas draught because it also had poly in it
The spell of the ball that makes holes through materials (i dont remember how it is called) plus the homing perk is.... stupid... seriously, i didnt know why it happened until later but the spell was super fast moving, like 5 times faster than normal and covering way more distance (and yeah making holes everywhere which made me get exposed to a bunch of enemies in seconds.). Its a cool combo but you will surely be surpised the first time you see it in action.

Acid trail + unstable crystal can be used to generate practically never-ending (at least until the crystal is disturbed) waterfalls of acid...
That sounds incredible o - o I bet it works with all forms of "trail" too.
Wand charming blew my mind. This game never ceases to amaze me.

I swear just about all the neat little things I'v learned about Noita have come from you and this channel. Keep it up and thamk you for the content!
The drone with no shield and 3 eyes in a horizontal row is also a healer. It's fairly rare and usually only shows up at vault depths.

Here's the one I've needed. Thanks for continuing this great series!
Got this game yesterday. Gotta say, it’s amazing. Thanks for the great tips!
Noita has the charm of old games pre-internet, wherein there are so many weird secret things
Good times.
I got transformed to him too. Died instantly upon pressing left click too.
You should mention that the drill is op, you can mine vast amounts of gold, and dig your own, safe path through tough levels
4:04
If they try to throw the flasks through deep enough water the flask just falls harmlessly to the bottom of the pool.
"Chaotic Polymorphine" is still a pretty long phrase
ok
boomer
You just gotta think outside the box in this game. You just don't happen to charm your wands unless you're doing a lot of experiments
Nice tips, thanks :)
Any chance we can get an advanced wandcrafting guide at some point? A lot of the intricacies still confuse me.
...but I DO know that adding a Chainsaw spell + any projectile spell to a wand will turn it into a minigun, there's your first wand tip ;)
Also; perk lottery sometimes activates immediately, meaning the other perks don't disappear when you pick it up for the first time
Yeah the other day i picked up perk lottery, the others stayed so i grabbed another, lucky me had it trigger every time to give me all of the perks
Yeah I'm still figuring out how triggers and timers work. I've had a lot of people explain it as "nesting" as in, if you do mod > double cast > timer > spell > timer > spell; it will cast two modded timer spells that then cast two un-modded spells after their timer. a chain saw makes a wand a minigun only if the wand has a small cooldown.
If the wand is recharged for 3 seconds, then it can not be turned into a minigun
The "Plague Rats" perk also turns Medic Hiisi so they heal you
There are also small flying repair drones that will heal you if you are berserked. Use them too. You can recognize them by their three green lights.
I have found it useful to use teleportium from a flask to warp me back up a previous level from the holy mountain. That way you can use your more powerful items and new perk to explore the previous level more thoroughly.
Previously you could aggro the healer on you by kicking or soaking them in Berserkium. This has been removed as of patch #9.
Thank you for the video! All of you friends are super awesome! Oh, moments in this video are sad.
good video, a lot of things that i don't know. but couple corrects:
1. you need few drops of berserkium for healer and it's not necessary to cover yourself by berserk
2. if you berserk the healer, he will heal you rapidly and without kicking
2.a. i think if you "give" wand with healing proj to enemy and cover enemy by berserk - enemy become mega healer:)
3. if you cover healer on hiisi base by berserk he become your amigo and will follow you:)
Afflicting yourself with berserk causes every Hiisi Healer to heal you on sight as long as you are berserked. It may be beneficial to do this instead of afflicting *them* with berserk since the other Hiisi/enemies will attack and kill them if they are berserked.
I found out most of these over time but I had no idea you could charm wands with pheromone. That's super cool

Perk lottery might be good, but id wrather have the perm shield...
Don't stack perk lottery, it works the other way. It will roll a 50/50 once to see if you should keep the perks for the first perk lottery. Then it will roll again for the second perk lottery and give another 50/50, effectively reducing your chance to 25% of keeping the perks.
No, stacking it brings the percentage up to 75% that the other perks will remain. Many people have been testing this, it's not just my word to take.
From the game code:
"func = function( entity_perk_item, entity_who_picked, item_name )
-- TODO - this should work - seems to work
local perk_destroy_chance = tonumber( GlobalsGetValue( "TEMPLE_PERK_DESTROY_CHANCE", "100" ) )
perk_destroy_chance = perk_destroy_chance / 2
GlobalsSetValue( "TEMPLE_PERK_DESTROY_CHANCE", to_string(perk_destroy_chance) )
end,
So yeah the chance of perks staying around goes 1/2 -> 3/4 -> 7/8 -> 15/16 -> etc."

Emerald tablet can block projectiles
Emerald tablet can oneshot fat enemies
Emerald tablet doesn't de-cloak you when you're covered in invisiblium or have the perk
You can trade emerald tablets for 200 gold at the top of the altar
The emerald tablet is big enough to block the flow of liquids
The emerald tablet can protect you from explosions when placed down
The emerald tablet can be thrown into a mini lukki swarm for massive amounts of gold
The emerald tablet can be thrown into lanterns to instantly break them
Even in endgame, the emerald tablet can kill strong enemies and at that, give you massive ass ammounts of gold
So love your fucking emerald tablet.

holy fuck, that wand + pheromone blow my mind
I found a way to get free spells from shops and things,
It requires:
Perks:
Peace with Gods (optional)
Misc:
Anything that can spawn acid
If you manage to use acid to burn through the thing under the shop, you can easily get the spells out, and just pick em up.
Actually anything that can go through the brickwork will work. Like black holes and luminous drills
I had no idea you can play catch with alchemists or molotov enemies, that's really really useful
Great tips, thank you! Looking forward to more.
Explode on contact modifier spell if multiple shots have it on them say for example 2 bouncy shots, if they both hit they won't double the damage it'll instead square it. I haven't tested this with more shots.

Recently i had a run where in the first temple i got perk lottery and i beat the whole game and it didn't proc even once. I was a little bit mad.
I'm so dumb that I can't even walk away from the tutorial
tossing scrolls at enemies also counts as accidental death, but with more control!

Ah, yes, that looks exactly like what I experienced. Any tips and tricks to stop the effect once it is happening? I guess I will just be super careful for enemies with wands, because this is basically a 1 hit kill, it just takes a while to kill you. Thanks!
Need help with getting to the parallel universe through the cursed rocks. It can be really hard to use the giant worm and blackhold+teleport methods.
You can make snow if you freeze a mist spell. You can kill the guardian relativily easy if you have circle of stillness. If you use a circle of stillness on guardian you can kick him to kill him instantly during the time he is frozen.
lmao nice
Spoiler!
You can kill a dragon in the same way, but it does not immobilize.
Ah, a Noita video to satisfy my ravenous hunger! for now... ;)
Thanks for the video Fury, keep up the great work as always!
Thanks. I find it really helful
Thanks dude, all fixed v1! xD
Yeah, I'm going to have to rename all of my old videos to "prerelease". A lot of the stuff is still the same though. I will be remaking most of these early-access videos with 1.0 versions.
Dang pheromone charming a wand is pretty cool
Will the charmed wand drop if you "kill" it? Atleast that's why "summon taima-whatever" spell is pretty useful for consistenly getting yourself good level 3-4 wands every floor
YESSS!!! Nice video man!!
Thanks for watching. The seed that has the Always Cast Heal Projectile wand (in one of the chests in the Mines) is: 674701734 Thanks to u/Japanczi on Reddit. I also have brand new mousepads here, designed by my good buddy Kixu. Check them out if you are in need of a mousepad: youpads.com/furyforged/
Amazeballs.. .More!
Today I've learned, thank you.
Thanks, nice tips !!
THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDIO FURY
If you slap bouncing shots on a healing bolt you can hit yourself with it. It is kind of hard to do so, but does work.
Why you mentioned hiisi healer but not vault UFO with green lights that heals much faster and has a lot of health?
Because it took about 100 hours of work to make just this little 6.5 minute-long vid, so I had to end the tips at number 15 and save some for "volume 2" so I could move on and work on other videos that I have to work on.
Yeah!!! very goooood... grettings from arequipa-perú
The best friend of yours is no longer a friend. :(
He has been patched to no longer heal you.
Yeah, unfortunately some of the stuff I've covered in a few videos has been changed. He'll still heal you if you use Pheromone on him. Also, if you can get 2 healers together, you can stand in the middle of them and kick one. The other will try to heal him and hit you instead.
Thanks!
Have you been to the cloudscape? Its at the same level as the work, but its over the lake.
Yup. The new home of the Essence of Air. I've recorded a run to/through it, but I'm not sure if I want to just upload a video only showing that (I probably will) so I haven't edited it into a vid yet.
Maybe I am just bad at the game, but I only managed to get past the ice zone once so far...
My brain is expanding.
If you find AP or midas draught becareful it might have poly in it, poly floats to the top of both and I have killed my self in a pool of midas draught because it also had poly in it
WARNING! If you attempt to drink a pond you will explode due to a game mechanic added after this video was created
I always throw tabula smaragdina for accidental kills early game - it's the only use of it xD
Uhhh... good tips and all but how am I gonna use these when I don't even know how to play to begin with ._.
muhahaha, now I take my revenge on everything! in game that hurt me.
thanks man
Great tips!
I didn't actually know the polymorph trick or the charm wand trick
The spell of the ball that makes holes through materials (i dont remember how it is called) plus the homing perk is.... stupid... seriously, i didnt know why it happened until later but the spell was super fast moving, like 5 times faster than normal and covering way more distance (and yeah making holes everywhere which made me get exposed to a bunch of enemies in seconds.).
Its a cool combo but you will surely be surpised the first time you see it in action.
