What an awesome game all around. I'm in Southern Utah and screaming with happiness as my neighbors are KC fans. May we continue to shock and surprise the world. Buffalo is on a stomp and go!! God's blessings to Tua and his whole family. Let's go Buffalo!!

To all of Bills Mafia who came out to support Buffalo Bills football at the stadium, thank you so much for coming. For those Bills Mafia watching and listening beyond the stadium walls, your well wishes were felt with those within the stadium. Thoughts and prayers from Bills Mafia, All football fans, and NFL players, coaches ,and staff for Tua! Go Bills!!
This. We watched the game in Seattle at a Bills backers bar. So much fun, chanting and energy until Tua went down, when the tone changed. I love the Bills respectful fan base. Proud to be a member. 💙❤️🦬🙏Prayers to Tua, the Dolphins team and his family.
@@lizherbst7393 Hope you and many more Bills Mafia from this country and around the world get to come see the Bills live and in person with other Bills fans in attendance. Nothing like it!
The Bills defense may it clear that they would sacrifice the run for big plays. They had to stop Hill and Waddle from taking over the game. I ain’t mad at it.. #GoBills
Fantastic job by the defence. When you look at the box score and see 10 (!) tackles for loss by our D, you know they are bringing it!!! Play by both lines has been outstanding so far.
All day before the game started, I had a good feeling about this game. Love it when the Bills squish the fish! I do hope Tua makes a good recovery. We need to rename Hard Rock Stadium to The Josh & Sean Clinic! And one final thought, Josh is now 7-0 on Thursdays! GO BILLS!! IN JOSH WE TRUST!!
I know it’s a new season but if you think about it, not only are they missing injured players but Poyer, Hyde & White. which tells you coaching has been great and they’ve been drafting really good, which is nice because I questioned their drafting for a while, but they’ve been hitting nowadays
What a win, although always saddened by injuries on both sides. Felt bad for Damar who made the hit on Tua. He of all people doesn’t want someone to get hurt. Anyway, I was relaxed by the middle of the (long) 3rd quarter! That NEVER happens! Dan almost bubbly!🤣
Great win. Well balanced game from the offense, Cook is a beast. Great performance on defense, guys stepping up big time. They totally demoralised the Fins. Tough break having Bernard go out with a peck injury, that is bad news. Other negative was Bass with a bad miss at the end. Dion Dawkins showing that he is a class act with his comments about the Tua injury. Hope he recovers soon, scary to see that.
One adult in this podcast, Mike, who understands close to proper journalism. I don’t do negative and yes I believe in the Bills culture and season over season how the Bills display class on and off the field. 🏈GO BILLS ❤️💙
I'll take this type of win moving forward and the way they played every time because it's a balanced attack using everyone grinding it out using all the pieces to the puzzle effectively that showed drastically with the scorecard. It protects Allan and clearly shows the distribution between multiple players which is so fundamental in this win. The defense was spectacular. There were so many different things happening on the field that fed off of each other like the timing of big plays at certain times which I believe were really contributing factors in pulling away from the Dolphins. It's amazing the impact of taking a considerable amount less penalties and flags and how with that allows the type of flow needed for this bills team to really continue to engage and limit the time the Dolphins possession with the ball. This was an absolute statement win in all categories. GO BILLS🎉.
So gratifying to not have early doubts about a win and then see the Bills play a full team game and exceed my expectations even with all the defensive injuries. 😊
Vanilla for the Cards and thilla for the Fins! Brady had some great play calls! The motion presnap for the rec TD for cook. And then the stretched wheel rout for Johnson. Lined him up deep slot and then ran a long wheel rout. Beautiful plays! That blocking scheme for the long Cook TD run also! Maybe credit the Oline coach Kromer! Now count to 2- 1,2 hit that's what Tua was anticipating all night! Great game, Go Bills!
Two points; 1) Everybody on the Bill's played very well, although I agree with Dan about problems stopping the run. 2) Tua did not make good decisions this whole game and it made it really hard for the fish. Hope he does get better!
Great victory for the Bills. Two wins in five days to start the season. They have the Dolphins’ number. The defense was dominating, including three picks on Tua, one for aTD, and another sack for Von. It allowed the offense to operate on cruise control with Josh not even having to break a sweat on a warm Miami night.
Nice job on that Dion Dawkins interview Mike. I'm in southern New York and WFAN- our sports talk radio station- was playing clips from it this morning. It really captured the moment and the mood- powerful stuff.
Great show guys! Hopefully Bernard and Tua will be okay sooner that later. Love that Brady let James cook and I'm beginning to fall for Bobby for getting EVERYONE on this defense ready to play. Go Bills yall!
I absolutely love Jordan Poyer -- he was a terrific Bill and I really appreciate how he gave the team EVERYTHING he had. He sealed a huge come-from-behind win against Baltimore several seasons ago and cracked some ribs. He was so committed to playing against the Chiefs at Arrowhead to help the Bills -- despite his painful cracked ribs -- that he DROVE ALL THE WAY OUT TO KC and BACK BECAUSE HE WASN'T ALLOWED TO FLY with the team due to the injury and the pressure changes in the aircraft. He was the quintessential warrior. Ditto Micah Hyde. That said, it appears the Bills made the right -- yet difficult -- call this past off-season with Po. As Poyer started sprinting, he clearly had the angle on James Cook to catch him/cut him off and (at the very least) push him out of bounds along the sideline. YET, despite sprinting with every ounce of speed he had, suddenly Po stopped being able to close on his target ... and James Cook simply blew past Po and took it up the sideline for the TD after Po's desperate and unsuccessful dive at Cook's ankles.
Congrats to the "Tuffalo Bills"! Only gripe: Wish the offense would have converted a few more 3rd downs so that the defense could get more recovery time.
Every one picked the Dolphins to win but our boy Fitzpatrick. Today I’m having for lunch left over from yesterday COD FISH Salad. Kuahahahahaha!!! Miami our home away from home😂😂😂 Go Bills!!
Love the breakdown... stopping the run was what they were giving up I think. No big plays... beat us on the ground, bend don't break. I was good with the whole effort.
The reason why they didn't stop the run cuz they were focused on the passing game. They were playing nickel and dime all game long. So you have to give up something to stop the high octane passing game in the Dolphins
Prayers for Tua 🙏. Happy for bills win. Concerned about defense against legit offenses. Hidden point……. This is a knockout punch for the fishes! Paid the QB, paid Hill, paid Waddle, paid Ramsey, extended the coach. Can’t beat the bills. over 100 million dollars on the field offensively for fishes last night. They got 10 points. This team will have to tear this down and start over. Goodnight Miami
3 catches for Hill -- long of 10 -- 65 yards between Hill and Waddle -- locked them up. That's insane for a defense that has a banged up secondary. As far as the running defense, that was the game plan -- force the Fins to be disciplined enough to run and stick to the run, they didn't, and they couldn't. Bills were not going to let the speed guys beat them deep -- give up running plays -- fine, Dolphins were not going to win this game running the ball.
Dan, there was one other "bad." Tyler ASS. I think that ball is still sailing left. They'll have to go for it on 4th down in big spots because how can you trust him it's going to get lost in the blowout sauce but you can't put him out there with the game on the line
Against a team that has Tyreek and Waddle, you sacrifice a little run defense to keep those guys from killing you. 10 tackles for loss means we didn't have a terrible day against the run though. Take out qb scrambles and the Dolphins averaged less than 4 yards a carry. Achane ran his heart out, but the narrative on the Bills run D is a bit overblown.
This is one of the games where mcdermotts prevent defense shines, because they were playing a team that lives on big plays and is impatient, and it's led by a QB that will make mistakes on longer drives. It does not work against teams like KC that are happy to have 15 play drives and are led by a QB that will not make a mistake unless you pressure him. I hope mcdermott and the bills understand that. You look at this teams success under mcdermott and it's silly to say hes not a good coach, the question has been is he good enough to win a super bowl because he has fallen short when playing the elite teams, specifically the chiefs, which may not be fair because the chiefs are looking like one of those freakish dynasties. But on the other hand, it is fair when you look at games like the 13 second debacle against the chiefs a few years ago, or the bengals playoff game, those were some really poorly coached games. One thing that will help the bills regardless is a healthy Von MIller, I was saying last year the dude was trying to come back from a serious knee injury in his 30s give the dude a chance, well he's healthy now and he looks like he is coming back to his game changing level, couple that with the emergence of a lot of younger players that have been getting time due to all of the bills injuries over the past few years, and this refreshed team could make a run, but the schedule is really murder this year so it's gonna get interesting. And that douglas signing is looking like a pretty nice move by beane that dude is a playmaker. I'm still wishing they went with a new placekicker, I guess they are going to wait until they blow a game to make a change, but Bass is looking shaky as hell, when he misses it looks catastrophic, the miss he had last night obviously was inconsequential in this game, but it was ugly, you don't usually see NFL kickers miss kicks like that and it's been happening to him with regularity. He's a good guy and has been great for the bills, but you can't get sentimental when it comes to roster decisions, even if you just gave the dude a big contract. If they lose one game because of bad kicking, that could be huge with this tough schedule.
As great of a win as this was. We have 2 serious problems. The injuries are piling up AGAIN! We were down 5 starters on defense before we even played 6 qtrs. And of course Bass what was that thankfully those points wouldn’t have mattered but like cmon.
"STATment made" 😅 ..boy, it _was_ nice not being on the edge of my seat for almost the entire game. It's always nice when we dominate. Even Bass' terrible shank wasn't costly.. if in fact, it even was a shank. We fully owned the Fins..yet again. Go Bills 💥🦬 🔵⚪🔴
Doesn’t the gap in run defense come from playing an umbrella to keep everything underneath? Like if I’m the Bills, I’m more worried about one of those receivers blowing the top off my defense than all the underneath stuff. They can’t stop everything. 🤷🏻♂️
That was one of McDermott's best coaching performances very few penalties no turnovers defensively they were connected all night great great job

Next up we owe the Jags one LETS GO BILLS
You are right. Jags have been a real problem for Bills
Great game!
