    После сварки нужен термический отпуск. И только после термической обработки нужно делать мехобработку. Иначе внутренние напряжения при работе двигателя и нагреве все поведут.

      Hi,
      I know the hazard areas around jet engines.
      So far all went well and the max rpm (70 000) is far away.
      Do you own some jet engines from Phill, or did you record the videos during a testrun?

Im going to wire it into the combustor liner, to keep me as far from the monster i created as possible, however the voltage drops the longer you make the wires. I had a thought of stripping the rubber off the wire ends, & inserting them into thin glass capillary tubing for higher temp electrical insulation. you're an inspiration.

      I know of several companies that make small jet engines in Europe.
      Could you possibly buy fuel pumps for jet engines with a thrust of 100 kg or more? For example the fuel pump of jet cat p1000 or pbs tj 100 and tj150.
      I'm looking for a fuel pump with 3lpm performance at 6bar.
      They don't answer my emails. can you do my favor? If I can't buy a pump, I'll have to make the pump myself. Pump development is difficult because there is no company that makes a small amount of small gears or the like.

  • @eastindiaV
    @eastindiaV 2 года назад +5

    1:43 it should be opposite, blades facing the hole inwards, and an outer mounting system with ball bearings, like a tank turret ring. Then, the turbine can be made any length.... creates a fire tornado, which is great, also quieter.

    • @eastindiaV
      @eastindiaV 2 года назад +1

      Another way of increasing efficiency in a somatic way (same thing, slightly different variation), is changing the type of air intake, and the type of nozzle. At that point, you want it to run as effectively as possible, on the lowest quality fuels, so it can always go up a fuel grade and work even better.

      Hello, thank you for your comment. I'm very interested in the process you described. Would you kindly suggest resources I can access to learn more? Electroplating 3d prints. Very nice idea.

      Hydro turbines introduced so funny names, but I understand that axial compressor blades mostly lie in a plane ( small angle ) to press into the chamber. Turbine blades on the other hand are "vertical" at angle 90° for maximum torque. So I understood that the exhaust velocity is far above the velocity of the blades? So it seems like that we could just place counter rotating n1, n2, and n3 ( co to n1 ) turbines in series. With guide vanes before and after this stack.

    I think it will be Whats we call 1.4301 oder auch AISI 304 (V2A) und 1.4404 oder AISI 316 (V4A).
    I’m pretty sure!

      I use ngv and turbine inconel 713c. Haven't tried the 316 or 310s, so I'm not sure if they can handle the heat. The temperature of the exhaust nozzle can reach 900 degrees, so there is no problem using 316.
