I was there during 2019, just after a month of this mall opening. There is a lot more people back then, maybe it’s because of pandemic that there is few people. It also worth noting that area around this mall is not well developed and the commuting here is hard unlike in MOA.
Nice job Ayala. Not a boxy type like SM. Can you also do walk tour of Robinsons Place Las Pinas if you get the chance? I dont see anyone doing that as of yet.
Spacious and great for stretching those legs. My last visit to Metro Manila, the Ayala Malls Manila Bay barely broke ground.....now look at it- Big and Beautiful! I hope on my return visit, the Cinemas and the huge Bowling/Timezone areas will be up and running!! The Central Gardens are 'greening' nicely! ❤️🇵🇭💚
All malls in the Philippines are big and modern design very class compare to the US malls.Malls in the US are big but but Philippines malls arewmore bigger.
So sad this is virtually a ghost town. Few tenants, even fewer customers. Probably costing Ayala a huge amount just to keep the air conditioners and escalators running. Build, build, build.
What an astounding, beautiful clean mall. And what's interesting is all the US & Canadian brands there, now we know where they all went, to Asia, especially that supposedly went bankrupt in the west, which many, many did over the past 7 years or so. That means they get to ignore and not pay their debts, and 'reorganize', apparently over there by the looks of things, but who can blame them, who wouldn't want to be in that kind of retail environment. Its almost like loans and financing are more important than actual customers any more.
This mall would be much nicer if it include residential areas so it would not become a ghost town. With that (even without visitors) the place will still be vibrant.
There will be a residential areas to be constructed within Aseana City. The mall also have a provision for a connecting bridge to BayShore Residences, City of Dreams Manila, Aseana offices and Parqal which is part of the Aseana City masterplan.
there are more stores than people inside. to my honest review and what I see everytime I go here. probably the location of the mall has something to do about it.
Ganyan din dati sa SM Seaside Cebu na kunti lang ang mall-goers pero as months and years passed by dumadami na. Pandemic din kasi ngayon. Ilang years from now, dadami rin ang mall-goers diyan pag back to normal na ang lahat.

I was there during 2019, just after a month of this mall opening. There is a lot more people back then, maybe it’s because of pandemic that there is few people. It also worth noting that area around this mall is not well developed and the commuting here is hard unlike in MOA.
Just got open by and by more people, more stores just wait!
Doesn't totally look like a mall from outside. Resembles a premium school campus or big hotel resort. Nice job for Ayala though.
True. It also looks like a fat smdc condo. I think it's because the Verandas are too enclosed and has a lot of columns.
Para ngang school.😁
signature style na ata ng ayala's yan, ganyan din halos design sa glorieta, trinoma at iba pang mga ayala malls.
Agree. I don't know why Ayala did not come up a nice architecture for this.
I was here too build this ayala..im proud of it.
The Podium looks dwarfed by this massive mall by just the sheer monstrosity of the square footage area of it.
I love Ayala malls
Nice
We have so many beautiful malls here in the philippines 👍
Why not build also a New Philippines University aside from malls also near manila bay view.
True. A school that could also be identified as modern pero affordable for everyone sana.
@@touruaround5619 it will be modern but for sure it will not be affordable. dahil sa lupa palang dyan will make your pocket ouch
Nice job Ayala. Not a boxy type like SM. Can you also do walk tour of Robinsons Place Las Pinas if you get the chance? I dont see anyone doing that as of yet.
Thanks for you recommendation! Will definitely do that soon 😃
SM SEASIDE CEBU: Hold my beer!
Home Town Ayala Malls manila bay
First time i see this ayala malls in manila bay
All malls in the Philippines are big and modern design very class compare to the US malls.Malls in the US are big but but Philippines malls arewmore bigger.
Salamat mam
Oh my 😍😍😍
naka punta na po ako jan 2 times na kanina pumunta nanaman kami jan so 3 pala
Shared, thank you
Wow! What camera did you use? beautiful shots
So sad this is virtually a ghost town. Few tenants, even fewer customers. Probably costing Ayala a huge amount just to keep the air conditioners and escalators running. Build, build, build.
ayala mall looks like a university school, i think it would be proper to name the mall as "AYALA MALLS UNIVERSITY"
Very big
Great video. Can you do SM city Bacoor when you have the chance? Thank you
Looks massive and solid but very bland aesthetics. I hope they built a concert hall, games centres or anything that can congregate people.
bukas napo ba ang LandMark dyan sa ayala mall by the bay Sir?
Closed pa din po.
It is a beautiful mall. I don't know what time of the day this video was taken but I only saw a few people inside. Can the stores stay in business?
Wow
This mall would be much nicer if it include residential areas so it would not become a ghost town. With that (even without visitors) the place will still be vibrant.
Agree
There will be a residential areas to be constructed within Aseana City. The mall also have a provision for a connecting bridge to BayShore Residences, City of Dreams Manila, Aseana offices and Parqal which is part of the Aseana City masterplan.
Got our first dose of covid19 vaccine here 😊
Ayala malls always look more beautiful than SM and robinsons
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍
SM BF or Robinson Las Piñas . 😊
Tamsak done po
there are more stores than people inside. to my honest review and what I see everytime I go here. probably the location of the mall has something to do about it.
Ganyan din dati sa SM Seaside Cebu na kunti lang ang mall-goers pero as months and years passed by dumadami na. Pandemic din kasi ngayon. Ilang years from now, dadami rin ang mall-goers diyan pag back to normal na ang lahat.
Sana makauwi na ako sa pilipinas😔 ang hirap pala mamuhay sa north korea...
nasa N.K. k?

Looks like a hospital. People will recover fast with all the greens.
What camera are you using?
Is there a Seda Hotel beside it?
Daming mall sa pilipinas dami din naghihirap
another project of ayala built by makati dev corp.
No access to public transport kaya konti lang ang tao.
Paano mag commute papuntang ayala . Kung galing ako ng baclaran?

Lots of huge beautiful Malls, High rise Condo, Hotels 🏨etc. Etc.but look at the opposite outside of Metro Manila, hundred thousands of poverty especially Seniors and millions of OFW to turn abroad because lack of Manpower including myself.....

They have two big malls almost next to each other? Do people really go to both malls all the time?
Why not? In other areas there 2 to 4 malls in one area
@@joseph68424 I feel like one is not gonna do well compare to the other one.

Where is GF parking?
Not sure though, but it looks like it's not accessible by public transpo....
Are kids allowed?
I'd like to go here this weekend :)
Hi! You can brings kids sa Central Garden na part lang. Hindi lang po sila pwede sa luob ng mall mismo. But there are table and chairs outside so pwede kumain 😃
You can see kids happily playing in this part of the video 51:42 ❤️
@@TourFromHomeTV Thank youuuuu
doon po sya nag-work yung mom ko dyan
Walk Walk Walk! Don't you just hate it. This mall is just way too big. Better go to the smaller Star Mall.
Meanwhile in Iloilo City, There still NO Ayala Malls and they keep Expand all over Metro Manila than Provincial. Sad to say, at first
It was a good mall interior and eco friendly shopping mall but right now it become disappointed and less greenery. Nakakamiss kasi ang dating Ayala....
The Shops at Atria is an Ayala Mall :)
This Mall Just had a bad timing. Opened few months after the country went on lock down.
wala kasi ice skating rink paano silamakaka compete
looks like a typical school building? and ba yan.
Looks like a university.
