Thanks a million! As an interpreter, you are helping me so much to improve medical terminology :) The video was very comprehensive and I've learned so much. A CMP additionally checks the liver, while a BMP checks electrolytes and kidney function only
I am a lay person who subscribed to your channel. My blood tests are normal, but I had no idea what the 7 pages of lab test output meant. Your ability to clearly and succinctly describe all these tests in a way that someone with NO medical training can easily understand is amazing. I plan to go through more of your material once I am done with the blood testing chapters. Thank You.
Nurse Sarah, thanks for ur Nursing videos. I sent it to nurses in West Africa and told them to subscribe to ur channel. They watch ur videos and were amazed . Thanks for all u do. U deserve a National and an International award for this.
Dear Queen RN, You are a gift. Your teaching is the perfect balance of simplified and complexity. You have been my favorite Nursing School teacher, even if you are on RUclips. Thank you and God Bless You Sarah!!
What an amazing instructor. Your videos and content paved my success throughout nursing school. Working at the step down icu but still learning a lot from your videos. Thank you for what you do. Things we take for granted. We spent a lot of money learning all these in school but you are offering everything for free. God bless you for what you do.
This was so helpful, drs. don't take time to explain, l went on line searching, your site explains, not just numbers. The medical field has lost so much integrity. You are a beautiful example of what nurses were, when they were allowed to think.
Thanks for helping us Nurses out! Reviewing this content to help keep me up on knowledge as a new Army RN just off orientation! Your videos also helped me and several other nursing students all through school!
You are an excellent teacher! Love how you explain everything in a short concise way. Great for beginners and for refreshing the oldies too. Thank you!
Another fantastic, well presented video by a most charming, intelligent nurse. It's nice to know that there are still decent videos to watch on the internet. My opinion is that if you want to learn about cars (history of and repairing) you should watch the Scotty Kilmer channel. If you want to learn about tools (again history of and types/ratings) you should watch the Den of Tools channel. If you want to learn about the human body (function and behavior) you should always watch Nurse Sarah. (I'm an old RN but I still watch this channel to keep up with all the topics...also, I'm getting better at fixing my own car, and I've just purchased my first ever Miter Saw...wish me luck!)...Thank you again Nurse Sarah for everything from all of us!
Thank you so much!!! You gave us a wealth of information! My own doctor has never done for me such an awesome job. I truly appreciate all this information. Well done!
Hi Sarah, thank you so much for this video. This is helping me with nclex review for sure. It would be extremely helpful to have a video on malignant hyperthermia, serotonin syndrome and neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Those are so confusing to me to differentiate. Thank you again and stay safe!!
My LDH is 397. Besides cholesterol Dr says the rest of my labs are good. Is this something to be concerned with? Please help!! I know you can't give exact medical advice but I should I follow up on this or maybe do another lab of some type?.
Thank you so much for these videos, I actually use them as a preparation to see if Phlebotomy is for me. You have so much compassion! For the Long-term career goal:- I wonder if anyone can give some me ideas - Information Technology / electronic health records (EHR) is my ultimate goal. Thank you all. Take care!
Just want to say this explains everything brilliantly and I use it as a resource to educate my medical students sometimes as your explanations are beautiful as us medics liek to complicate everything lol. THis is clear, concise and yet thorough, Well done :O)
One of the best things about this channel is that she does not take 5 mintues to promote it..She goes right into the material..So many other RN channels take so much time promoting...It is a big turn off...
