I have a Celebrate and it's ideal for me - I live in knit fabrics and this makes it a breeze to whip up a pair of leggings or yoga pants in a couple of hours at most. Also works great for sweaters, finishing edges, bolster covers for my bodywork studio, and so much more. I haven't EVER regretted moving up from a hand-threader to the Air Threading. I'm easily frurstrated and my eyes are three-quarters of a century old, so this has made a big difference for me. BabyLock quality and dealer support are fantastic too!
Looks like an incredible machine. My first 2 sergers were so time intensive to learn to use I gave them both away. I bought one! Love it. So easy to thread & use!
Hi Esther - some sergers are combination serger/coverstitch or exclusively coverstitch. This lovely Celebrate machine is serger only. Just got mine and Love it!
this doesn't show you how to thread the machine from the beginning.. It doesn't tell me how to move that thing to thread the left and right needles. It does not show or say why she has her finger in the back of that pink fabric. She does not say how to thread which looper or needle for decorative stitching or how to even do it. I did not find this video helpful at all in what it can do and how to operate it .
This is a "features" video, so she doesn't show all the "how-to's" in it. It seems like an informative and highlight video instead. Search for videos for the Celebrate serger and you will find some great ones which review and explain how to thread, etc.

Air threading makes are the best! Once you sew with one you will never go back 🙂

What a great and helpful video!! I want to buy this machine now!! Does the knife actually can be put on an non active position while you are sewing?
Yes it can.
I want a Baby Lock Celebrate!
It is a wonderful machine. You can find out more about it online here www.qualitysewing.com/babylock-celebrate-4-3-2-serger.html
Beautiful machine. I'm just learning how to use a serger and I probably won't want to go back to a regular sewing machine.
Question..... will this machine work using Wooly Nylon thread?
@@apekepoo Yes it does, as well as sparkling metallics and standard thread. I usually use either Metzler or Guttermann threads.
@@apekepoo Yes, it will!
Do we need to use stretch thread for stretchy fabrics?
Not necessarily the key is using a stitch that has stretch.
thank you
