A few fun rules - Swap atk and def of all monsters on the field (till end of turn or permanent, end of turn seems more fair) - Both players swap hands - Double current players life points - Treat spell cards like Traps and trap cards like spell cards for the rest of turn
my rules: reveal your hands. swap decks until the end of the turn. the current turn of a player can't attack until the end of the turn. select a monster's atk and the atk points of the monster you have selected is equivalent to your lp (example: monster's atk is 500, your lp becomes 500) until the end of the turn. all spell and trap cards on the field are negated until the end of the turn. lp is increased by 4000 (example: 8000 now becomes 12000) until a player inflicts dmg (when you inflict dmg like 500, your lp resets to 8000).
The "not my fault you took too long" when you stop him to read you the card is bs Then at the end he says the chain resolved so he gains the life points, no it didn't, it resolves when you move it to the graveyard and increase your lp
