@@thedistortionden Just wondering how I’d have missed this one ☝️ S’mazz by Nazareth.?? Never heard of it yet you’re saying it’s your favorite thing- Sincerely, DJP ex Anal Cunt; PostMortem and Kilslug Boston Massachusetts Amerikkka of course! Thank you 🙏🏻 for your response in advance 😅
Never been able to figure out how Tom got the sa,me sound out of a 4 string bass as he did with the Hamer 12s .... he maybe had foot pedals to fatten the sound and push the top end., and some distortion..... but what would I know?
Tom mostly played with guitar amps and cabinets with 12 inch speakers. Mostly Hiwatt in the 70's and now Orange amps. Tom doesn't use foot pedals, just high settings on his gain control on his amp settings
They played four sets over three nights. Some had leaked and a bunch of songs had been officially released on various releases like the "Sex, America, Cheap Trick" boxed set plus the "In Color" remaster and some promo CD samplers. I list all of these in my book "Still Competition: The Listener's Guide to Cheap Trick."
CHEAP TRICK is a favorite. Always enjoy hearing anything about them.😀👍🤘🎸❤
Thanks for tuning in!
This was great. I hate I missed this album. Maybe I'll get it someday!
Thanks for tuning in Snowman
Keep your eyes open for it. It's an incredible set for fans of early, raw Cheap Trick.

Great show. Thanks for the mention!
Thanks Brent
Great conversation. So glad I got the box set. Imagine a re-release at some point with extented liner notes by Mr Lawson 😎
Thanks for watching Peter and your right as CT should get Robert to do the liner notes!
I've made myself available to the label for future CT projects. Let's hope they take me up on it! Cheers!!

Plenty of Treble too 😉 👍
Bootlegs of this was floating around for ages so it was definitely out there but not complete.
