It was actually Adam's ex-wife that wrote this song. But yeah its pretty old. 2010 i think.
If she wrote this, then why he produce it? Because it seems like half the others songs are talking shit on her. Lol

Actually no. Naomi wrote it. Adam just did the vocals for her. And why produce it? Well why not, the song has been floating around for 5 years. It deserved a good studio version. It's not like he isnt allowed to produce this song either, it was a collaboration between him and his ex-wife. I mean he still produced Never Too Late and Naomi was the co-writer on that song too.

Every song on this album screams emotion and passion.
That's what all musicians should aspire to do.
Songs like “Leaving Minnesota” & this one are why I believe this band is going to trample 3DG in a near future..

This song was just perfect...but this version is even better
I wish I could say this is my favorite SA song, but I can't. I can't actually pick a favorite song. (I'm getting the album tonight though, so the only tracks I've heard are Better Place, Blow Me Wide Open, Fairy Tale, Let Me Live My Life, and Trying to Catch Up With The World,).
I really only loved Three Days Grace for Adam, and yes, I do realize he is not the only member of Saint Asonia. I've followed his music since he left, and I do love the acoustics in this song, VS. some others from his solo career. I'm glad to see it put to a bigger place where more people can hear it. I don't think I've managed to dislike one single song that Adam has ever written.

Saint Asonia doing I Am Machine would be sick! It probably won't happen, but there's always hope. I love SA. I love I Am Machine well, I love the whole Human album. Adam's voice wouldn't fit on most songs from Human. I'd say I Am Machine and Human Race would work with him. Maybe SA will do them live.

I am so glad for more chances to hear Adam's voice. When he departed from three days grace i can openly admit that i too was disappointed. I did follow his solo career, and i am very happy that i get to enjoy his work again, and for the opportunity to listen to the work of his new band members.
