I got to meet Motley Crue back in 1998 and hang our with them for a couple hours at a Hard Rock Cafe press conference and meet and greet. They looked through all of my scrapbooks and tour programs and signed everything. It was a memory I'll never forget. I grew up as a big fan. Wishing Vince the best and Motley Crue.

2005 I went to see them for the Carnival of Sins Tour and Vince was hot as ever and gave a 1000% performance!! I have faith in him that he will do what's necessary to get in shape for the stadium tour. Those crazy Motley Boys were my generations idols!! Every headbangers ball on MTV we waited for at least 1 of them to make a special surprise appearance on there. They were so HOTTTT!!! 😂 and was always doing or saying something crazy that drew us closer to loving them more and more!! They were the notorious bad boys and THE LOUDEST BAND ON EARTH!!! ✌ That's a fact they're extremely loud LIVE!!! Go to the stadium tour next year if you've never saw them Live before. You won't regret it!! 😎

Losing the weight is a simple task. Stop drinking! Stick to a 1000 calorie diet along with cardio and very low level weight lifting. That weight will be gone in two months tops. Eat what you want but don't go over 1000 calories. Take a good multi vitamin and MyCommunity Host Defense mushroom supplement and he will be back to his previous self in no time. If he keeps drinking that counts towards the 1000 calories per day. That diet works for e everyone I've told. They don't gain the weight back so long as they stay on a good exercise regimen and stay at 1500 to 2000 calories per day after the weight is off. Nikki's regimen for the tour is 90 minutes on the treadmill at varying intensities according to the set list. Then 2 hours lifting weights, playing the entire show sitting and then standing all back to back. When all that doesn't destroy him he is ready to tour. And Nikki has had a hip replaced, double rotator cuff surgery, four herniated discs in his back, knees blowm out and biceps blown out from busting up basses on stage. If he can still kick ass and be drop dead gorgeous then so can Vince. He just has to STOP FUCKING DRINKING SO MUCH! I know people who've spent thousands of dollars for tickets to the stadium tour and they're very nervous. As anyone would be. Vince needs a damn intervention and a real woman to handle him.
err i know 3 fat vegans so i dont think its his eating habits. Vince loves cocktails. Full of sugar and fruit. Low carb high protein is the best diet plus a rigid cardio program is the best approach . Im about to start on a weight loss and exercise program after recovering from a broken neck and spinal compression .

He was never much of a singer to begin with- a lot of the 80’s LA singers have lost their ability to sing. Drugs, smoking, alcohol, and refusing to care for their instrument has destroyed his voice. Just like Jack White, Don Dokken, Mark Slaughter, Stephen Pearcy, Tom Keifer, all sound terrible these days… it’s the metal guys, the ones who’ve taken care of themselves, who have the longevity; Bruce Dickinson, Joey Belladonna, and Even Geoff Tate, post alcoholism, still bring it every night….
