Observation of breath is called anapansati and observation of sensation on body without choice is called vipassana.By observing sensation on body one can be free of karma stored in one's own account. Nirjara of karma is possible but it is before time like riping the mango with carbide chemical.Current body nirjara is impossible as even enlightened being has to taste of fruit of karma of current body.my confusion is that if nirjara is going on during observation of sensation then it must be of our next bodies after death.but since it is before time,then can it be natural or it is fabricated nirjara doing mental gymnastics?
In vigyan भैरव तंत्र, 112 विधी are told by shiva to devi While replying to देवी question about doer. But devi her self has reached to that ultimate state by surrender only and not the विधि. She is asking as a representative of entire human beings. Surrender is ultimately non doer state only. तेरी इच्छा पूर्ण हो!

Or meri chetana mai hu karke karm kar rahi hai.aatma ko to bhola shiv bankar om mai hai .to mai apne aap ko aatma rup mai bahar kaise aau .2 .mrutu ke bad chetana ki samaz bahar aati hai to aatma shiv vaisehi rahi hai kya .3 chetana sharir punha janm leti hai to aatma nayi vali alag chetana leti hai kya . U G Krishnamurti had spent 40 years with J Krishnamurti. Though there is no authority in spiritually, U G declared that only efforts for survival are important and not for invisible product like enlightenment. He met Raman maharshi also for the ultimate purpose. And U G seems right as I have heard from reliable source( who had been with jk for many years) that even after enlightenment, jk did sex with lady named roselin ,who was wife of jk secretary. So considering this contradictory reality,U G declaration can not be ignored. Say something please.

ब्रह्म ऊर्जा बनाने का कार्य शरीर ही करता है।
आत्मा और चेतना को केवल ब्रह्म ऊर्जा की ही जरूरत होती है।
जब तक कोई ब्रह्म ऊर्जा बनाने की कला नही सिखाता , आत्मा वायवी रूप में ही रहेगी,
जब शरीर ब्रह्म ऊर्जा बनाना शुरू कर देता है। तब सभी कुछ अपने आप घटता है ।
जो ब्रह्म ऊर्जा बनाने की कला सिखाना जानता है वही गुरु है ।
संसार के सभी ऋषियों ने गुरु को परम माना, चाहे वो राजा जनक हो, कबीर हो मीरा हो या फरीद या महावीर ।

आपने बच्चा पैदा होने का उदाहरण दिया, बच्चा गर्भ धारण के लिये महिला व पुरुष द्वारा क्रिया की जाती है तब बच्चा 9 माह बाद जन्म लेता है। ऐसा ही सद्गुरु द्वारा ब्रह्म ऊर्जा बनाने की कला सीखना क्रिया है फिर सब अपने आप घटता है ।

भ्रम is called illusion in English. Whereas here भ्रम is called confusion. Confusion means conflict. Say something.
आप पहला काम तो ये कीजिये कि एक English to Hindi डिक्शनरी ले लीजिये। Confusion और Illusion दोनों का अर्थ हिंदी में भ्रम या भ्रांति होता है...Confusion का अर्थ conflict नहीं होता है. Conflict का अर्थ होता है द्वंद्व या संघर्ष...💐

Now it is clear that we are non doer already. And it is taught in theory of karma that no karma fruits are generated if we are non doer.Obviously Intention behind karma is counted while deciding fruit of karma. Even enlightened being has to be witness of karma fruit during current body life as nirjara of karma fruit is not possible before time through they are enlightened.Fruit riping before time is unnatural if it is done by chemical like carbide. Kindly highlight something about karma and karma fruit whether karma is by doer or non doer.
